It's mostly geared for racers. But there is a show and swap meet.
Cost is $50 to enter a car for the show field for 3 days.

I know a lot of the local Mopat guys don't enter their street cars because of the cost. They could get a FAR better turnout of non racers if they offered a one day price of say $20. It seems they use the show cars to subsidize the race pay out.

So I'm going in my Subaru and parking in the spectator lot and get in for $20 General Admission.

It is all Mopar though and that's good.

Yep. Mainly about racers. My business sponsors the 11.50 shootout
Cool on the Subaru. Thats what we sell. Look me up and say hi
Have an A4 69 Dart with vinyl top

working on getting the engine back together(head gasket) for the challenger so I can run your 11.5 class again, if not i'll bring the barracuda and just run the sportsman class.

I'm still put out over the Xenia show a few years back.
Just when I was ready to give it a second chance, the promoters pull a stunt in Clay City.
So, no thanks.

I missed this post and was just about to start a thread about it. Whos already there., and whos going?? Cya there, Lefty71

Congrats on the win! My friend Don was in the 11.5 N/SS class with his 65 Belvedere but being the first time out with the car this year, his game was off. Another friend runs the Jeep Cherokee and it was his first time in the 10's at 10.93.

I was there early Sat. Parked on the show field and they only charged $20/person so that was ok. I took a female friend and it was her first time at a drag strip. Completely threw me off my routine so I missed a lot. Nice drive home through the country with the top down at dusk though.

I was also hoping they would have a stick shift class since the barracuda is a 4 speed:thumbsup:

I wish dad and I would’ve stopped and BSed with you for a minute Gary, I didn’t know that was your barracuda, and we were also trying to keep my 3 heathens from making us crazy hahaha. Hopefully you had a good weekend and we’ll run into each other at Milan before the season is out.
