I cannot for the life of me find a pulley for this power steering pump, and I kinda destroyed the one in the pictures. I don’t care if it’s used or new I just need some guidance!
I can get more pics, I’m not sure what type of pump it is. 5/8 inner diameter

There are 3 pumps. Thompson, Federal and Saginaw. Saginaw had a press on after I think 74 and a bolt on with a key way before that. If you don't know attach a pic of you pump and where the pressure line comes out.

TRW/federal ? They have round bodies. Is that a hex hole? Federal has a hole in shaft.

If you dont already have the special tool to pull/install them, buy it. Its not very expensive and really the only way to safely remove these. The pulley does not have a good surface on the back to support it to use a press and you will bend the pulley. Im guessing you already found that out.

I was entirely too eager to get the pulley off the original, you got me.

If you dont find one send me a pm. Measure the shaft with a caliper or micrometer and also need the pulley diameter.

I get the tool for free through the Autozone tool loaner program.
OTC tools are good stuff and the price is right.

I have your pulley. I removed it , media blasted it, and painted it Semi Gloss black. PM me if your interested.
