I don’t know where you have your gas tank installed but a factory tank sure ain’t gonna be in front of the rear shocks and over the rearend. No one noticed the cage is welded RIGHT ON TOP of the gas tank?
Wow! safetie first, or last?
Anyone who builds a cage like that has zero business building cages.
Mine goes back to the frame rails, plated on top and welded to out riggers off the frame underneath.
I would think the long bars rearward from the main hoop would go to mounts above or tied into the rear shackles. If I remember old DC manual drawings, there would be downward bars off those to the shock mounts and possibly to part of the frame rail where it could kink with good bite. Maybe that was early PS technology. Still like it!No one noticed the cage is welded RIGHT ON TOP of the gas tank? Not to mention the bars dont hit the center of the plates. Thats death in motion right there!

but it has a spool!!! would be quite the adventure bringing that home.TRAILER???!!! For $8,300 that thing better don’t need no stinking trailer!! Drive it home! Now what’s your excuse for not buying it?
Roadkill drove a car 7 hours in the snow with a spoolbut it has a spool!!! would be quite the adventure bringing that home.
gee, you'd be somewhat half way, could stop by you to rejuvenate. (only kidding)
as one friend says, "you don't know how to say no". gotta go back to buying Tonka trucks and cars, they take up a lot less room.Trust me on this one, you're (somewhat) glad you don't have a trailer. I do have one, and a truck big enough to pull it with a car/truck on top. So far I've brought home three dead dogs that are sitting here rotting on my property instead of the other guy's property. And I'm off to get another one this weekend. I really need to stop buying inoperative vehicles.
