Hellcat Rebel the ford Raptor don’t stand a chance

I see Fiat's continuing the long and stupid tradition of giving us hot rod trucks. It's gettin real old. I want a Road Runner. A stripped down, bare bones modern version. With a base model with no A/C No P/S and only with a 5 or six speed. Steel wheels that harken back to 1968. I'm sick and damn tired of all these farkin trucks.

A sweet car like that would be nice but people want some modern touches now or it won’t sell enough to the younger crowds and there is more of a market for the trucks. Just like the little red express and so on. They do seem to be using the hell cat engine in a lot of things tho it seems.

yeah, that wont happen. 95% of the car buyers want trick features along with performance

That is too funny! I was just thinking about how dodge should make another Swinger. A stripped-down version just like the old one but with muscle.

And for all those that don’t think people will buy a stripped down version of a muscle car try to find a 911 R Porsche. That was a limited addition car with a naturally aspirated engine manual transmission back to the basics go fast ...sold out before they were produced !

But actually rusty. Dodge has been making muscle trucks since they stuffed a 426 in a short box power wagon or actually I should say truck back in 1966 I think it was.

Surprise Surprise!! Dodge comes out with yet ANOTHER *** kicking machine and there’s already people bitching about it! No really, it happens every time. But that’s fine, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but we wonder why Mopar hasn’t had the aftermarket support of ford and gm.

Anyway, I think it’s badass and if I lived somewhere that I could take advantage of that type of suspension and had the coin, I’d be buying one!!

Be a sweet machine if it actually sees the light of day, I will probably never be able to afford one anyway.

Hellcat-powered Ram TRX is official!

I would love to have one of these bad boys. A Hellcat Rebel.

Ford already has a badass truck to beat that... Fiat needs to catch up....

Read some of the link. Watched the video. What a poorly made video! You post the piss poor quality of that video hoping to get attn and push the Ram name??
Now the truck "looks" awesome, but where is the action/Gopro actual true footage?

My ***** is that it's gonna be 70 or 80 thousand.
I'd buy it tomorrow if it was affordable.

Add 30% to 35% on this side of the border. That Shelby F 150 runs about 110 grand here

lol more modern overpowered junk. I like my 2015 Diesel powered Ram 3500, but only for towing and daily driving.
These modern day land barges couldn't keep up with old reliable 1973 W200 in the woods.
I use the 73 for wood cutting and hunting. Because I know the drivetrain will get me home.
With these powerful land barges I see drivetrain parts and body parts flying apart. lol

Do these new trucks come with a Darth Vader doll. lol

That's why I like my old Bronco, I paid $1500.00 for it, it takes me to and from work every day with no drama, and I'm not afraid to take it anywhere, nobody looks twice at it or is jealous of it, insurance is dirt cheap, my 3 large dogs have plenty of room since I ditched the rear seat, and the dog hair can be considered an option. LOL

To each his own. To this day, I could never figure out the fascination of hot rodding a friggin’ truck. Money down the shitter.

I agree but from a marketing standpoint trucks sell! Especially around here everyone buys a truck so I understand why they are doing it. Those Raptors are everywhere nowadays. It blows my mind how people will pay so much for a truck but they do so I dont blame them. That's just like these stupid diesel trucks people pay ridiculous amounts for that dont need them they just buy them because they are cool and in trend! I know a guy at work that just bought a 2006 dodge 3500 dulley with 200k miles and beat all to piss. The fender door and bed extension on the passenger is smashed. And he paid 24k for it. That is stupid! I told him he was stupid haha. The kicker is he doesnt pull anything he doenst have a camper a horse trailer a boat a farm nothing he just bought it because it's considered cool. I think it's a stupid was of money. In 5 years by the time its paid off he will have paid 33k for it and its gonna be completely worn out.

Maybe , but you might retract that when one blows ur doors off.
I built a 92 gmc w/ approx. 600 ? h.p. , fooled the heck out of a lot of people, waxed a 502 chevy crate motor, and got 16.1 on the hi way if I drove it sensably, checked it twice .
Was fairly cheap to build----

Lots of people do that , even put a matching fiberglass camper shell on them, then just drive them around. I saw that a lot in Calif. .
The ford idiots here don't even know how to keep the duals in their own lane , but that's another story.
