Stop in for a cup of coffee

Half of BBQin is the comradery
That's why Tri Tips are so popular round here.
Figure you got 90 minutes for adult beverages and stories while the meat cooks
Dang, no tri tips around here. The guys reverse sear them on the smoker all the time on the internet. All I can do is drool. Lol

In Norway it is common to have the faucet inside the basement, and it is made so that the pipe from it goes out through the concrete and it is a long rod that also comes out. So, when you open or shut it everything happens on the inside, but the connection is on the outside. It is made to prevent the thing to freeze in the wintertime. Must be something similar here too, at least in the chillier states in this lovely country.

Yep, that's basically what I put in. The seat is at the end of the valve at the inside of the wall. The ball valve on the inside wall is just a back-up service valve

Hardwood fire, smokey is better, low temp I put the screen where I can hold my hand just over it for a 10 count, season it and let it sit before it goes on the fire. I want to try grape wood in the fire. We use our version of red oak most time. Almond worked well as did apple. Mesquite works real well, but the locals have to have their oak . I'll have to watch the vineyards when they do their vine turnarounds.

I always wanted to try orange. I used a smoke tube in my gas grill and bought a pellet smoker that works well.

I see, yeah, I thought you had to have something like that here too. Just that here, we have open pipes outside the house, valves too. And no basements at all. I have not seen a basement in America since I was in Wisconsin in 2004. So, when I don't see things, I don't really know if you guys have it or not. Usually you have more than I am used to from Norway, just it might take some explaining for me to tell what I mean. It is a hoot when I go to Home Depot and try to explain what I am looking for. :D

I have a Memphis rub that I use on ribs and butts I like real well. Brown sugar and a lot of different spices.

Is there any system for the Chrysler part numbers ? I mean, is it possible to see where a part belong, or what car it is made for, something like the Ford part number system ?

Bill

Morning all!
Just below freezing. Wish it was like 5 degrees below freezing. Would make my day easier.
Freeze the ground solid,so moving trailers would be easier.
Would help the farmers too, harvesting soy beans on the frost is the only option at this point.
