Returning member here... Joined back in 2012/2013 When I got my 1973 Scamp. Too much engine and not enough brakes. RIP.

Finally able to afford another A-Body Mopar... A 1973 Scamp! It's a slant 6 this time (for now) as opposed to the old 360 car...

My wrecked Petty Blue 73 with 360 is sitting in a field about 100 miles away. (Sold it to a guy who hasn't done anything with it this whole time)

Thinking about driving over and making an offer to bring it home as a parts car.

Happy to be back in the forums. Waiting for some tools and parts... Original Slant 6 is idling rough, stumbling, and running pretty lean...

If I can get a deal on my old drive train I might not bother putting any time into the Slant 6... But if the old man isn't willing to part with it I might do some cheap upgrades to keep the 6 alive until I can afford to find another V8 swap...

Pics below.

welcome! i think chrysler made 90% of its post 1972 cars that color.lol

Welcome back, I fished out of LaPush for years. As they say, that’ll buff out :)
That's awesome. Didn't bother this year. It's a beautiful area for sure. My family lives and grew up all in the Port Angeles area.

And here I thought it was special! Don't miss that pastel blue very much. Haven't decided on a color for the yellow Scamp... Got a while before we start getting into that though!

i DO mean the yellow.lol my 74 was that color when i got it. have seen tons of scamps/darts/satellites/furys in that color.
i have seen many mopars in your (old) blue too. was always hideous how they made EVERYTHING the same color....carpet, seats, vinyl top....one big blob. be it green, blue, yellow.

Welcome back always nice to have another Scamp on here.

Oh Gotcha, yeah I'm not big on the color. But thats an easy fix eventually.

I love Scamps! Can't wait to start getting some more work done on it.
Restoring mine now but here is a picture of what I started with. I have a long way to go still but I enjoy working on it. Can't wait to see your progress.

Yours looks great! Anything special done to your suspension? Because it looks like a perfect ride height!
All stock in that picture and factory paint. Now the front is QA1 the back is stock still and want to keep it as close to factory as I can with just bolt on parts.
Sorry to here about your first Scamp was a nice car.

Have you seen this running around up in Forks?

If I had seen it I think I would remember! There's an orange Roadrunner I've seen around. I thought when I moved here a few years ago that I'd see more daily driven Muscle cars, but it's all lifted Toyotas.

Welcome back, I too hail from the PNW. I was just out there for a death in the family. I was in Elma, if you know where Forks is you can find Elma!
I know of Elma! Sorry to hear about the loss in the family.

It's a beautiful place over here. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

My cousin lives in or around Forks and that's his Charger.
Great country just say out of Tacoma and Seattle and I'm happy.

I'll keep my eye out, I'm sure it'll be out more often in the summer. We actually moved here from Seattle, though I was born in (and have family) in Port Angeles. Dad and Uncle have owned and raced Mopars their entire lives. Here's my dads old big block dart, the last surviving picture of it, haha.
