A500 42RH Crossmember template?

Is there a crossmenber template or CAD drawing for a 904/ A500 swap? I'm from Brazil and can't buy it ready..
 
I took screen shot pix of the USCT one off the website, and will be trying to reverse engineer it off the pix myself out of 3/16" thick steel sheet. $275 is cost prohibitive for me as well.

Well damn. Looks like your further along than I am. I was gonna template it out on card stock so I could xfer it to metal and cut it out. Have the idea in my head, just have not gotten to it yet.

I will finish my CAD and send to laser cut .. I will weld and if it's ok I could send the CAD to anyone tha could be interested... special regards to my friend Glenn that send me all the specs always responding with cordiality...
 
Would this mount allow that the floor boards won’t need to be hammered for clearance? R u gonna weld up a few and sell them? Thanks. Kim
 
Your cad drawing looks great, however, I think you forgot these 2 tabs that get bent 90° I added them in red. Look at the crossmember pix again, you can see them. If you could print these out actual size the pieces need to be made, so I can make templates off the drawings that would be great, I dont have access to CAD equipment to print them out. Would gladly pay you for your time and effort.

Actually I did it before sending it to cut
I'm from Brazil so this is the reason of doing all this job ... but with the CAD you will me able to send to any company that does the laser cut and weld ii..

I was gonna just use a sharpir marker, cut off wheel, and a unibit. Where in Brazil are you at? I work on Embraer 145, and Embraer 175 regional jets for a living. Sao Paulo Is cool.
 
I am more of a trace it out and cut and bend it myself sorta guy, I dont have access to what your talking about. If you could print me pix of the parts full size and mail it to me I can trace em out, cut em out, and make them myself.

I will send you as soon as I check if that was ok... CURITIBA south... Worked at embraer in the midle of 2000 something on the financial departament... Campinas SP
 
Wow, that is awesome. So if that is made exactly to U S Car Tools specs the tranny tunnel will still need to be clearanced. Kim
