Just get the Dart swinger going down the road.
Engines ready, Trans is fresh, J converter worked over for my car.
3.91 fresh gears bearings 275 drag radials i had on the challenger a short time. Rubbed a little couldn’t stand it. Some nice Goodyear’s for the front race seats for the front and harness’s windshield, about a months work, probably less to hear it run, msd wired up, get the exhaust figured out as I have 2 chamber race mufflers 3.5” center in out 3.5” collector 2” super comps
Bunch of nice junk to throw at it.
Not gonna worry about the body, just mounting the glass hood and Daytona hinges properly.
Brakes should be ok.
373 W2 BRC pistons Eagle forged crank scar rods Bullit sold roller, super stock oil pan, turbo action shifter and manual valve body.
I hope it runs
My 4.56 gears need gone through had a roar. Probably to much gear for the quarter with those tires.
Finish the interior in the Challenger shouldn’t take to long.

Finish my A500/42rh tranny swap, should be done in a couple weeks. Also I'd like to add a suregrip and swap my 3:23's to 3:55's.
Already have the new gears, but need to save up for the suregrip.
 
Let’s see.... install HDK suspension, install new mufflers, possibly remake my lower transmission crossmember, install subframe connectors, possibly swap the bench for Sebring buckets, and if I’m feeling ambitious, install everything needed to swap my 5.9 back to efi. And maybe start rust repair, I doubt it.

Oh don’t worry, the exterior ain’t changing anytime soon. I’m gonna fix all the rust that can’t be seen from the exterior (trunk floor and driver door jamb). Plans are to upgrade all the suspension, different wheels and tires eventually, nicer interior and install a 392 Hemi and 6 speed and leave the body as is.
 
My plans for the car- fix AC, new radio/speakers, drive 3k miles in it getting lots of slurpees in the process.
 
Hell crate upgrade. Seems the most buck today Is modern drive trains in older cars!
 
Get the rebuilt drive train back in, finish interior, wire her up and tune/test drive. Exterior body work and paint down the road or with next owner.

Been working on it since 1989!!!! Gotta kick it up a notch before I run outta time..

The Challenger interior wasn’t to bad, but it’s getting new carpet, headliner, new door panels, and sail panel. It’s about done.
The Dart is rough, though I have new carpet, and seats. New Tuff wheel. Lots of interior work on that one.
