Stop in for a cup of coffee

Didnt have to.
But i respect that.
It’s only fair to be honest with the friends I have here in the hopes that they may better understand me. I do honestly try to be the best thoughtful and calm person I can...but sometimes it gets the better of me.

I wish it were otherwise, but it is what it is.

Does having a heavy bag hanging or doing something aerobic help by increasing endorphins or such?

Good news. A complete stranger offered me 2 bottles for free.
Local. and my buddy messages me, he has one too:thumbsup::thumbsup:

So i want to make a grille for my truck. This with a couple wrenches , some chain to fill it in. Will also serve as a coolant overflow.

No, it is a fight or flight syndrome. Once the adrenaline starts, it it all on its own.

Mental control to avoid reaction to situations is all I can do beyond the medication.

Back in Memphis when I was being chased by a tornado while driving home, the adrenaline surge became so pronounced that I had a severe metal taste in my mouth that took 12 hours to subside. That symptom is common and a direct result of the adrenaline overload.

It is a basic biological response, but my body produces far more adrenaline in response than is normal. If I get a surge like that, it takes 2-3 days to recover from the stress load it put on my body.

My Cardiologist is concerned that it could kill me in an extreme episode and is trying hard to help me control it...but the condition is rare and little is known about it.

All I can do is try from within to keep it at bay.

Here's your Barracuda. I have been watching this cover band and they do it great!

I love the Lexington Lab band, they rock. I have watched and listened to many of their productions. They never cease to amaze me with their ever changing line up. They must have a very deep bench, but that is the first one I have seen with the female lead singer. I sure hope it leads to some Pat Bennatar, Pretenders, etc etc.

You have a buddy who massages you? Is he a professional masseuse, or just a real close friend??
This reminds me of a news story on the local news about a school around here. I think it was for like small children. I read the dry erase board and thought....WTF is going on at this school??

This is an awesome version of Barracuda!!

Ugh, tomorrow is valentine's day.

Hopefully it goes fast and quiet.

Only thing I'm doing is going out and kissing each car on driver side fender and wishing them all happy valentine's day. The ones in the barns that have a thick coat of dust, I draw a heart in the dust. Cars are great

My wife of 40 years is getting off work early tomorrow so she can see me all day long, she loves her man...

Hay !! I love cars but I will be loving on my sugar britches tomorrow.

Wife and I are going to a hockey game for Valentine’s Day. Local juniors team. Told her I would put a bow on my nose and she could unwrap her gift. Clearly my sense of humor was lost in translation. I thought I was being witty, she thought I was being an idiot. Happens to me a lot. Hah!

Where you at in Illinois P67? My little sister lives in Danville and I am looking at visiting her next summer. It is a small burg by Champaign Urbana. On Hwy 74. I usually fly into Indy and shoot across. You anywhere close to there?
About 2 hours from there. I live in a tiny little village about 15 miles west of Peoria. When were you coming? The power tour is rolling through in June.

My wife and I are fine looking people, I am not hiding behind a name and playing with people's feelings here.
