Hey, I have a soft spot for 64 and 66 Barracuda Race Cars. I am looking for any pictures of a Junior Stock 65 that was called Quicksilver. If anyone has a picture could you post it please? In the meantime post any cars you have pictures of, I will post a few of my favorites from time to time.

I remember seeing Bob Sullivan's PANDEMONIUM from the 60's at the drag strip in Dickinson, TX & Eastex dragway in Porter, TX.

That would have been cool! Did you take pictures with your Kodak Instamatic?

Stan, I wish I had them. Most of my old pictures were destroyed when our house flooded during Harvey.

That Baltimore Bullet is at Suffolk Raceway in Suffolk VA! That is where I cut my teeth!

Sweeeeet! Loving that Kingfish car. Another F/S car from the day. Chrome reverse wheels. Super nice pictures!

So here is my picture for today. This came across the thread a year or so. I wonder what happened to it??

Those early A bodies really look good with the altered wheel base, the proportions just look right.
They may have sold more if the factory had made them that way.

Friday input, little drag car out of Tidewater VA. Picture taken at Suffolk Raceway. I raced this guy when I was a teenager on the street when this was a street car with my 64 Barracuda. Tommy Corbett.

I wonder if that Skootin Cuda was the Sox and Martin car?
And the Baltimore Bandit and the Virginia Twister are close also.
Looks like the Virginia Twister front end looks longer.

I remember that Bandito Barracuda being on Craigslist for sale on Craigslist a few years ago. It was in the Greenville/Spartanburg SC area. It was pretty rough, and over priced, so even though I was in an active search for a 64 - 65 Barracuda, I didn't even go down the mountain to look at it.

Hi Jerry
What did you run over there? I ran my Barracuda and my Challenger. Till they closed it.
