Who made these headers?

Perhaps one of the gurus can help ID these headers. They came on the 340 in my 69 Dart. I can't find a maker's tag or mark anywhere. Color-wise they appear to be made of stainless, but they have a lot of surface rust on them. I've not seen the slotted bolt holes on a header flange before.

That doesn't look like stainless to me unless it poor grade 409 and I doubt that
 
Cheapo hooker header copies. Might have a coating on the tubes.
 
Hooker Headers.
Brings back memories, ordered from a local speed shop for my 73 318. The pipe closest to the oil filter side slid together and had to be welded.
They started out with a white powder coat of some sort.

Hooker have a tag on one tube with Hooker brand embosed in tag. My Dynomax headers with ceramic coating had no tag or makings so those headers look like dynomax. However, they could be any generic coated headers too!
 
Hookers have that crappy "O-ring" flange if you get them off.

real early hookers didnt all have tags .
