Yea, I had a blow out with them about it, they made me send pictures of the pallet without wrapping and packing material. They will only do blocks, rears, trannys and other “non damageable” items. Ended up going thru fed-ex freight, which I am still fighting the 950$ Bill they sent me. For a radiator, bumper and fender from NC to NY.
