Here’s my Hemi swap

Car was sitting behind my barn
When I came home from Afghanistan my buddy told me to junk that car I made a bet with him and told him in 6 months I’d have that car running with a Hemi in it. Found a 55 Chrysler Hemi that was in a car sitting in a field changed plugs and oil pan and fired up. Runs great. Just recently put a different carb on it and valve cover gaskets

First, Thank you for your service.
That's great. Looks like a great start on a nice cruiser, love the body lines and the HEMI :)

So cool in sooo many ways. Thanks for sharing.

That's badass man and thanks for your service.

Thanks for the comments
I also put disc brakes on it and a 68 rearend in it. I have a 69 Cuda 74 duster and a 70 Dart also. Way nicer cars but this thing gets more looks. I like it because I can do anything I want to to it. Thinking about building another Hemi for it and a tilt front end.
Thanks again

There is a black & white one down south that's running NSS. I have no idea what he has for a power train, but he doesn't cut it any slack when he runs it.
