chryslers at carlisle 2020

-
Spring Carlisle is going on right now!
Apparently they headed it off and it's a go.
What ever happened to putting sick people in quarantine instead the healthy. Ridiculous.

This is turning stupid... OK for protesters to attempt to overrun a small local city (or village here locally) but can't go to a show.......

I am not going this year.
So 5 of my 7 vendor spaces are up for lease this year.
Row P-216 to P-220
PM me through the board for more info.

The idiots at the state dropped their case. All future 2020 Carlisle Events shows are on! :)

Got a spot in a campground 15 minutes from Carlisle and bought tickets for all 3 days. First time to Carlisle and couldn't be more EXCITED. I've been to the Nats lots of times just never made it to Carlisle.

you are in for a treat!
i have been for 15 or so years.
before that some of my auto parts customers kept saying
you need to go to carlisle.
it is unbelieveable!
thay were right.
wish i had started earlier.
i hope the virus does not slow things too much.
even a slow carlisle is a very good experience.
take care and enjoy!

Butch will be there (Building T) with the 75 B/MP Direct Connection Hemi Duster and his trick California Flash 65 Hemi Super Stocker. Don't be shy, Butch says he loves to mingle with his fans and believe me, if Butch tells you a rooster can pull a train.....you might as well hitch him up.

So, the 50 year Duster feature is in building T? My car is in it. but I never saw anything that said where. Guess I will see you there!

I hope with all the vendors passing this year on attending, hope it won't be a disappointment. I've been going since year one and although attendance is up vendor appearance has been down.

Mancini for one, Indy didn't show last year and some individual vendors on the different forums say their not attending this year.

Any more vendors not listing they are backing out? Instead of going for 4 days like normal, I’m leaving cars home and only coming for Saturday. I need parts and typically way better deals ordering onsite and waiting for delivery. Vans LLC is one of my favorite trailers along with Layson’s. ACC tent is on my list of must visits.

I was not planning on going but a Barracuda Buddy who lives in Colorado wanted to attend his first Carlisle so I registered back in May. Hotel rooms were pretty much booked by then so I'm a ways out. He's flying in to CLE and then were driving the 320 miles each way. Otherwise I was not going to go this year.

I think attendance will be down. My wild *** guess we'll see between 50 to 75% of normal. And, as far as I know the Canadian border is still closed so they can't attend.

On a personal note, I called InlineTube last week to pre-order for pickup at Carlisle to save shipping. (Thought it'd be a good idea to upgrade ftom 5/16 to 3/8 fuel line for the new 5.7) The sales manager answered the phone and told me they are NOT taking pre-orders this year and in fact are only taking a small van with no on-site inventory. He did give me free shipping on my order and the parts arrived 2 days later.

Maybe that's a good way to still get discounts.

I think that's the way they normally do it. I bought mine from them years ago at Carlisle and they shipped them to me. Pretty sure they just had some fittings and small things out for sale. Might have had a couple sets of tubes hanging up to get your attention...

I think Fine Lines usually has more with them for sale.

Unless things should change between now and the show dates, we will be at the show. We have been on the fence, but hopefully we will be at least able to cover the cost of the event. Our tent will be located next to building T in rows H and I in spots 137 through 143. We are down sizing considerably, so special request will get spacing on the truck for event delivery if the product is in stock. Check out the www.restorationpartsandmaterials.com and www.dalescudashop.com sites for a small sample of our product line.
