Was lucky enough to have owned this mint '69 Satellite, total virgin. One of the favorites.

Owned it for a couple of seasons. Parted with it last year at the at this time.

Also owned this '73 Barracuda 340 / 727 back in the late 70's. Nicest all around handling and balanced car I have ever owned.

Miles of Smiles . . .

So now totally satisfied, I am running around with my '76 D100 Truck.

Liking that a lot, simple layout, easy to get in and out of.

Oh, that's an easy one.
Would have to be the 1971 Hemi Cuda 4spd Convertible that sold for 3.5 million.
Only 2 ever in existence.

I had a total of 6 barracudas over the years, but always wanted a first generation Charger. Sold the cuda and bought this one, and so far I am not disappointed.

Mr Jets....you sold the Satellite? I saw that at your place when I bought the hood from Keith. Beautiful car.

I thought you had your dream car the 69 Dart? Or has it became a nightmare LOL..:poke:..

The Dart is a very close second place winner. It is progressing nicely. But that Bel is hard to resist - lucky for me I can't find one anywhere.

#1 '68 Roadrunner post

#2 '65 Satellite hardtop

#3. '66-'67 Belvedere two door hardtop or sedan

#4. '64 Plymouth two door hardtop.or sedan

#5. '67-'69 Dart two door

So, I had mentioned this AM that I found and purchased my Holy Grail car....68 Charger. It is barely a visual representation of what a Charger is if you were drunk, poked in the eye with a stick, on a dark rainy night, but it is mine. What is your Holy Grail mopar?

Brand new off the lot Chrysler 300F hardtop, red, whitewalls, with that manual conversion that was done for only eight or so cars.

68 fastback 383s manual transmission, radio and heater delete model.

71 Demon 340 sixpack and manual transmission.

2001 Ducati red 998 monoposto with the 996 fairings.

Probably odd to most but my Holy Grail car would be my first A- Body a 65 Dart with modern technology. Running a close second would be a 68 Hemi-Dart.

This was one of them and it's now mine wanted a 4 speed but it's so clean and straight I don't mind the auto on the column factory 340 Formula S
The other "Holy Grail" for me is a triple Black 71 Cuda 440 six pack or Hemi shaker hood 4 speed dana etc
Another would be a 68 Charger RT 440 triple green My Dad had one I grew up in That was an awesome car that truly made me love cars!!!

Yes sold the Satellite last Fall at the end of the season and it went to a great home.

The gentleman that bought it said he still owned a 69 Satellite that he has had as a young man. Every time he moved he took the Satellite with him. He was saying that it is pretty rough now snd needs a major restoration.

Then when mine came up for sale (same color as his too) he made immediate plans to come look at it.

Had great pictures of it online, so it was pretty much sold before he even got here.

He showed up walked around it once in the back shed. I started it up for 1 minute, shut it down and he smiled and said: I want this car.

He never test drove the car, or even sat in it. We went straight to the DMV and transfered the title into his name.

Came back from DMV, he hopped in it and drove it home 2 hours away. Texted me on the phone and said: Made it home, runs nice, 70 mph the whole way home, thank you.

The most painless car sale I have ever been through. Such a great guy, you know he will give great care to the car for years to come.

Nice to see it go to to fellow mopar lover, my efforts and the car will live on, bringing joy to the new owner and all that see it.

Thanks

I already had my holy grail mopar and sold it like a idiot, thinking I could always buy another, guess I was fooled, never knew they would cost as much as a home! 1968 dodge charger R/T , super track pack 3:54 dana, 440, 4 speed.

My choice ...I owned a '68 R/T from 1970 until it was stolen in '79.. I bought this last year. Along with a '63 Vette I don't think there is a better looking car. I'll have this one till I kick. It's shaped like my girl was in 1970, Heavenly. :)
