Took Top Mopar at Jakes Dragstrip

Went down to Jakes Dragstrip in Danville, AL this weekend for an event put on by Rattymuscle cars called the Mopar vs BrandX street car showdown. They require a 40 mile drive before the race to prove it's a street car. I was in a class called Barely Legal since my car has a power adder (Procharger).

We had great weather with clear sky and 70 degrees. The Dart ran great and had a best pass of 6.30 @ 108 MPH. There was one camaro in my class that might have beat me in the end but we didn't get to race because there was a wreck towards the end of the night that oiled down both lanes and they decided to call it.

Anyway, great day of racing and the Dart stayed together for the last race of the year.

Congrats. Looks like a good time.

Since your car is boosted and mine is n/a if we were to ever race you'd have to give me one car and the hit. :steering:

Every time I was going to take this car to bowling green this year (1/4 mile track) it rained us out. But yes, this should be a 9 second time slip.
