Many know me from over on BBodies and the old DC site. I've been saying it for over 30 years, that sooner or later I'm going to leave the Bird and the Bee alone in the dark one night and they'll produce me a Dart Swinger ! So here I am, had to join another forum! Bought her at 6 PM tonight and pick her up next week safetied and ready to roll... right into the shop, considering there's 7" of snow in the yard. That column shifter certainly won't be staying there too long....

I just happen to have a set of '69 dart "more pedals" in my spares, that I've had since '78, that just may find a home in time! Original owner doesn't remember much on the engine build from 10 years back, but we suspect the cam has about a 484 lift and it has good rockers and shafts. Trans is freshly rebuilt with a 2800 converter in it. Rear end is 3.55 sure grip.

Car is just what I need after a 4 year/3000 hour restoration on my all numbers Bee, being a stolen fender tag broadcast sheetless car that's a "clean slate" that I can do what ever I please with!!! I've wanted a '69 Dart since I was 15 years old.. back in 1977!

I guess we'll find out. So far the Bird, with it's 440 and 3.55's on Polyglass tires! The Bee's my "highway" car... 4 gear and 2.94's in the back !

Your area is much more organized than mine. I have parts & pieces stored in three different locations. Some of the stuff, I know I have but I'll be damned if I can find it. That is until I buy another one, then it shows up in an obvious place right where I put it. LMAO

Welcome aboard! Beautiful stable of cars. Lived my early years out kinda your way. Dad was OPP for a while, lived in Stayner.

Welcome to FABO.

My cottage is in Penetang, Farlain Lake actually.

I’ll keep an eye out for one of your cars around town. I’m usually cruising around Penetang in my Bug.

Once in a while I’ll drive my ‘69 Dart up to the cottage.

I’d like to meet up sometime next summer and check out your Dart.
