Stop in for a cup of coffee

94 only has upstream sensors, 95 and later obdII added emissions monitoring, adding downstream sensors.

Tell you what today I could not get off the phone. The hemmings add went into the print and I was actually booking work two months down the road. Good bang for the buck.

Similar to my work vice at the asphalt plant. Stuck fitting on 4" pipe, 36" pipe wrench with a snipe, no worries

This isnt that difficult. The bung should still be in the pipe. With downstream sensor still in the bung. remove sensor. Open package and drill the center of the non fouler so oxygen sensor will fit. Now drill the second one.
screw them together and install into bung where original downstream sensor was. Install sensor. Clear codes.
Now sensor should function like the catalytic convertor is still intact. or, dont bother with it at all, as downstream sensor is an emissions monitor, and does not contribute to performance. Black tape to cover the light.
So this is downstream only?

So here is my latest patent application. A small sliding shelf for a Snap On tool box. You can slide it forward or backward to access tools and still have the perfect perch for a toddy. The drawer can still be opened and closed without removing shelf. In this photo an Arnold Palmer and Vodka! Craig of course would dog me out and demand some G2 Gatorade! Man we think alike, it is no wonder Jodi and Cheryl won’t leave us unattended! Don’t make me tell the elevator story!

Vandenberg AFB will be busy. 3 launches on 12/31 :wtf:. They moved that Delta IV to the end of January. All dates subject to change. 1 launch on New Years Eve would be fun :D

This snowstorm really put a hurting on us. 6” of snow followed by 6 hours of freezing rain. There is a thick coating of ice still on the trees 2 days later and the snow cover has a 1.5” crust of solid ice on it. Some places were so soaked that the ice is 3” thick.

I have spent the better part of the past 2 days trying to clear it off and I’m only about 30% done. Today I got the 300C cleared enough that I can get it out of the driveway if we need to go anywhere...and it was parked at the end of the driveway just 8’ from the street. The plows put a 3’ high berm of crap behind it that froze solid. I have been chipping away at it for 2 days.

The only part I can take any joy in is that my calorie count is up significantly in the past 48 hours...otherwise, I am just plain exhausted. It’s going down to 16* tonight so what remains out there will be completely frozen into a block of ice with the partial melting of the 34* day. I estimate it will take 2 more full days of work to get it all cleared.

I hate Winter.

We have been lucky, not much snow yet. I will likely leave the plow where it is until i have to drag it out with a chain.
It was 30f this morning, and almost 0f now. -16c last time i checked.

I have a nice electric snow blower, but it is useless with this thick ice on top. Can’t use it or I will destroy it. It won’t feed the big sheet chunks anyhow. I watched my neighbor destroy his gas powered Toro in just 3 passes up the driveway. It’s just a pile of broken parts now.

Sigh...hand shoveling and ice breaking with a spade is all I can do.
