Here is another non mopar guy butchering a nice non A body car. It seams that Arizona is the place to be for this nonsense. “It is rare if ever that anyone has seen Mopar like this one at a car show, auction, or on the internet. For the discriminating Mopar enthusiast this is the right car for the right buyer.”

Enjoy.

Rare anybody has ever seen one, probably because the 383s get pulled for A and B body projects. Plus that "Duel" exhaust lol

I see at least two of 1968 marker lites.

In other words;
there must be at least one other person among the nearly 8 billion citizens of Earth that is dumb enough, or gullible enough, or well-off enough, to value this car as highly as I(the seller) do.
Yeah it's not bad but for 53Gs Canadian I can buy/nearly buy, a small house with at least one private area with a toilet in it. Can yur Fury top that.
Sooooo Rare; yeah, one of none,
I gotta admit tho, he pimped it up pretty good. On the outside at least.

A nice example of the problem of building customs. One person's taste don't always match others

I've seen worse, as I expect everyone here has, I don't hate it, but I'd never spend that much on something like that, while it undoubtedly cost at least that to build, taste is a subjective thing, and someone is sorely lacking in taste.

As a former Arizona resident, my first thought is, it must be border drug money that was spent on that car. Whole lotta money no sense. To each his own. I don't want to get on the bad side of any of the cartels. :) But yeah me no like.

Is it just me, or does it look like whoever painted it just masked off the emblems and even the lettering and then painted it? What a piss-poor way to do things.

Ha, you remember the turd of a demon-camino?
It surfaces ever few years
Its red, except for where they taped around the emblems...its yellow there

At least the 67 only tail lights are nice. Those are REALLY hard to find in nice shape

Seen way more questionable stuff right here.

I mean, the red strip is awful. On the car and on the tires. Needs to be lowered a smidge in the front for the larger rims. Tires aren’t the right size, a little more sidewall and they’d look a lot better, the taller tire would fill things out better too. But all kinds of people get that wrong when they go to larger rims.

Not sure why it’s got ‘68 sidemarkers unless they’ve just been added. Which is fine, hell I run ‘68 sidemarkers on my Duster. They’re small, tidy, and easy to install but still have a classic look. I get they’re not “correct” on a ‘67 but who cares? Oh, right, all those numbers purists. Screw em.

Outside of a couple of questionable decisions about some styling points I don’t see the complaint. It’s still got a 383, hasn’t been swapped to coilovers just because the owner doesn’t understand torsion bars, and overall looks decently kept. I wouldn’t pay more than half what they’re asking, but that happens a lot. Swap the dash out, put 1” taller tires on it, and get rid of the red stripes and it’s good to go.

I stand by my story, it's the interior that crosses the line. Flat aluminium panels are only acceptable in race cars and that shifter reeks of tasteless hot rod.

I have seen way worse. He is obviously very proud of it and way too close to it to see its fault (of which there are many). I applaud his ingenuity and enthusiasm but that car isn't work $40K by any stretch. As stated, taste is a subjective thing which makes selling things like this very hard, its his pride and joy but to someone else its less than desirable.
