Gen 3 hemi swap heater hoses

Has anyone done anything different with the hard line heater hoses that run under the intake? I was thinking of tapping the water pump inlet and outlet and running braided hose into my Resto Mod box.

I found steel adapters and welded them on to the ends. So I'm using AN fittings and lines from behind my intake manifold to the firewall.

Thanks Riddler, I was also think about doing that as well. I was worried about the thin metal lines. Didi you get someone to tig them on, or did you do it yourself?

I had a professional Tig welder do it as I know I couldn't without destroying the tubes.
