19th Annual Mopars Invade Mokan Drag race, swap meet, and car show at MoKan Dragway in Asbury, MO (southwest MO near Joplin).

I make the 3 hour drive from north of KC every year to this fun event. Lots of A body's racing, good swap meet finds too.
Gates open at 10 (usually earlier from what we have experienced), racing at 11.

Didn't know about this event until last Fall. Got a bunch of misc. 67 - 69 Dart stuff to get rid of. Just don't like sittin in swap space for hours.

The swap area is basically in the pits, and the car show is right there close too.. I usually sell stuff for a couple hours and have someone watch my stuff when I run the track, then pack up early and watch the fun.

Sounds good. Would like to make a couple passes with the Challenger but would need the truck to bring my parts. Decision time. How much is a swap space?

Hopefully this is allowed, I thought I'd post up some of the parts I can bring down to the swap at this event. Maybe someone on here will want something and we can save on shipping if they're coming to the show.

My space is limited as I'll be towing my car down, but I figured I'd post up some of what I have that I can bring along if there's interest:

A body:
67-69 Dart flat hoods in great shape, driver door in rough shape, trunk lid
67 Dart E-brake handle, cables, etc
misc. interior 67 dart trim
'73-76 Duster front bumper, grill, arm rests
small bolt pattern Outlaw II aluminum wheels 15"

727 parts: RV short tail shafts and housings, 4 gear planetary
B body Mopar Performance super stock front leaf spring hanger brackets NOS
8 3/4 brake drums, backing plates
dodge daytona rear glass, 2.5 cores, throttle bodies, rear taillight assembly 1988?, front nose cone 1991?
76 B body center console
1990 Dodge Dakota- basically any body parts and lenses, really good bench seat (tan, no tears)
dual pattern LA/Magnum small block Air-gap style dual plane intake manifold- new, port matched and hi-temp coated.
Thermoquads for rebuild
Couple of AVS oem carbs for rebuild

Sweptline parts:
67-71 doors
couple of hoods- one year only 68 hood, one 61-67 hood
61-65 early narrow tailgate for sweptline bed
couple of steel grilles
other odds and ends- no fenders.

Have 2 brand new rear lower qtr. patches (sherman) 70-76 dart duster. Both sides. Will bring to Mokan if interested. Paid $106 each. Just want my $ back. Seems sheet metal is all back ordered. SW Mo.

FYI!!!!!
They have moved the event to Sunday. They're forecasting rain there today and into Saturday morning, so they pushed it back a day.
Hope to see everyone there.

It was a good time, turned on the red light and ran dead on my dial in 3rd round of NO E but had a great time. I haven't raced at Mokan in a few years, it is a great little track.
