We want to get our house on the market early May. The housing market here is crazy. Our neighbor sold their house a couple months ago 52k above asking price, a bidding war took place. Another neighbor put their house on the market yesterday, and last we heard had a cash offer 15k above asking and no inspections :wtf: We want to get in on that!!

Sounds great! We are seeing that here also everyone wants out of the heavily populated areas. Good thing but around here. We moved here to be away form others,, but it drives the values up also.
 
Lots of places sold around here too. Prices going up steady.

Man the new just spun me up bad. Did you know prisoners here will be getting paid to get the Covid shot? Man IMO they should be punished not rewarded. Higher priority than the workers there? WTF. First stimulous money x2 now this and a ton of other things. Ok Rant kind off over. Guess what?

Just wait... it gets worse. They’re also written the next bill to basically give a family of 4 up to 14,000$.....
 
I have no issue with that IF THEY ACTUALLY NEED IT!!!!!! I knoow I am getting some of the gains from the first two, Distribs got really busy! I gues they needed it right?

Yeah I’m in the same boat to a point. As far as the actually needing it thing goes. But there’s already safety nets in place for such things so to me this is more about buying votes and socialism than anything else. So I will do what we did with the others, pay the monthly bills and donate rest of it to charity in some fashion.
