Hello all, just recently acquired a 67 Dodge Dart 270, its originally a 273 4 speed car, I'm on the road runner , b body , and c body forums also. Will get some pics of the car soon , I'm presently in the process of restoring it, friend of mine was the previous owner and I was helping him and he lost a fight with cancer this past summer

Welcome to the site! I gave you your first like! Pictures are welcome as well!

Welcome to FABO!

Sorry to hear about your buddy. I'm sure he'll be with you in spirit as you restore the car.

Oh no.....Sorry for the loss of your friend. That had to be a heartbreaking thing to go through.
Welcome to the site. I'm also a member of FBBO with this same screen name.

Greeting from Texas, sorry for the loss of your friend. We need pictures! LOL

Welcome from the frozen Tundra. Here is my Tennessee story. So I am in Tennessee building a plant in Chattanooga. One of the local maint men decided to be funny and paint a big Orange T on my welding hood thinking he was funny (I am from Ark) My boss warned him not to mess with contractors as we had a couple of scrapes with the locals. Everybody laughed and laughed at my hood as I rocked it, as was for the next two weeks. Then it was time for me to put tools and equipment on pallet and fly to next welding adventure. I left hotel in the middle of the night went to the plant and heli-arced every single drawer of his tool box shut. Jumped on plane and left. Let’s just say he was not happy next morning, he totally melted down and slung his box all over shop ultimately destroying his box trying to get it open. He demanded local plant manager buy him a new box. Plant manager reminded him he was warned not to F with the contractors! Hah! I can’t think of Tennessee and not remember that job!

Jonesborough? Howdy neighbor....lol. Just across the mountain in Candler, NC. Is Farmers Daughter restaurant back open yet? Welcome.....several guys here that are sorta in your neck of the woods. @Garrett Ellison @RammerJammer75 @Mojack and maybe a few more.
Yes, I've had the pleasure to go meet RammerJammer. I'm going to have to go back and see him soon, one of the nicest people you could hope to meet.

I think so! Dodge truck interior panels, correct? I thought I recognized your profile... We are finally out of winter and maybe finally catching up on everything enough to start moving parts again. I've got mine back out and on the road again, but I'm still tuning and tweaking on it as time allows.

Welcome to the A body camp!
There's a good chance I've met some of the local guys here at FABO and not even realize it. I've hit a lot of swap meets from Lebanon Tn to Farmington NC over the years. All the best!
