1968 Barracuda

I am trying to hook up the defroster vents. The vents under the dash next to speaker are 2 5/8" outside diameter, the top vent on the heater box is 2 1/4", and bottom vent on the heater box is 2". Am I missing some adapters?

No, stock tubes larger on one end.......

Aftermarket kits include adapters for the heater plenum ends. Their hose is the one diameter all ends.
