This is to inform others of the risks involved shipping their collector car components (and everything else for that matter) via GREYHOUND. If my e-mails seem 'harsh' just keep in mind the e-mails only began two months after "losing" my parts, then blocking my number at Greyhound corporate in Dallas, blocking me on social media, hanging up on me a total of 211 times at auxiliary numbers and never returning a single message. Furthermore, I’ve only ever had two items shipped to me thru Greyhound, and they’ve managed to "lose" BOTH! ..and yes I’m still searching for a replacement '67 Dart passenger fender and back-up lights, and yes on my own coin as I’ve yet to receive any compensation. Thanks.

I certainly hope you get a satisfactory resolution. Problems like this are why I stick with either USPS or FEDEX (NEVER AGAIN WITH UPS).

I had a fender shipped from California to Detroit, MI and I sent a set of seats from Detroit, MI to North Carolina and both were easy and quick. I can see your frustration however I believe patience and respect will get you further along. At this point, I'd be surprised if Greyhound will expend time and money to find it. Were they insured?

I used Greyhound a few years ago for several items. Last time i used them was for a GTS Hood from Fl. to Ca. It took over a month. When i inquired about it , Greyhound was quick to inform me that transporting people was there primary concern and packages are low on the priority list. If along the way they need luggage space off comes your package snd it sits till there is a bus going the correct direction. So that was the last time i used them.

You must not have read it all lol. The emails began 2 months AFTER losing my package.. and this is the 2nd time this has happened and still without resolve. How about you buy a 1 year only/non reproduced part and trust me to deliver it only to have it disappear. TWICE. and receive no compensation or closure. I bet that respect goes out the window fast. I can’t speak for you but I’m not a pushover. Respect is a two way street brother! And the item in question is a fender I purchased from a member on this page for about $700 with shipping.

Might be time for you to let an attorney do the talking.

Get an attorney and you'll be guaranteed to loose even more money. This is not a personal injury law suit. This will cost up front money. Chock it up to a life lesson and on.

I have only used them once & they delivered my part just fine, except it took a long time. It sat where it started for a couple of weeks till it got on a bus. Their tracking sucks & it was hard to get any info from them, as they just seemed to read the same stuff off the internet that I could see.

They were cheap, but I don’t think I would ship anything that cost very much with them.

I spoke to you once about some 67 dart parts via messenger and you were a total dick. I have everything you've been looking for but I wouldn't sell them to you for any price. Just my opinion.

Who pissed you off?
Just stating a simple fact that the o.p. talks about respect and was a total *** hat when I was trying to help him find his one year only parts. Two sides to every story and probably a really good reason the refused to respond to him.

A friend of mine once rode Greyhound from a central FL city, to LaBelle, a small town on the opposite coast from Miami.

I can drive that straight in about 2 hours.

The bus zig-zagged back and forth across both halves of the state (and around Lake Okeechobee) and stopped at every little town.

48 hours.

Just some perspective.

I don’t believe you. Post a screenshot of this conversation.

Oh wait now I remember you. Sorry I was having a bad day and you f#%k around way too much and it got under my skin. Not to mention I thought you were a fake profile with that weird pic. I apologize but aren’t we all allowed to have a bad day?

I deleted it and you long ago man. No reason to keep a conversation from someone who goes total ape **** when I tried asking a few simple questions as to what exactly you were looking for. Deny it all you want. You were looking for fenders for a 67 Dart, trunk trim for the tail panel. Told me I was just a "crook" trying to jack up the price on you and haven't even quoted you a price because I was still asking you what parts exactly you were looking for. I literally COLLECT 67 Dart parts and had everything you've been looking for this entire time but I won't sell you a stick if gum after the way you talked to me. Goodbye and best of luck.

Thank you for proving my point. You're a dick and no reason to sell you any of my parts. Good luck having more bad days. They make medication for people like you!

Actually I’ve been taking the medication for years but it isn’t @$$hole proof lol. Again, I apologize but I have a low tolerance for ignorance. I’m actually pretty friendly, but I’m not here to make friends. My lunch break is over. Enjoy your day, sir!

They are scam artists. I sent two bulky items. After delay after delay I was told they woould arrive soon...fast forward two months of billshit was told they were lost follow procedures send proof of value
Sent pics of fifty old dart parts... came back saying the needed a receipt from a manufacturer ..... f ... this
Two weeks later I found from the buyers that they were delivered......avoid all the **** pay more and get reputable service

Well they ARE right. People are their main transport concern......but still they should not accept money in agreement for something and then not do it.
