For some reason the website keeps treating like a visitor. I go to forgot password and occasionally I can get in. A good portion of the time I am completely locked out. Tried the basic turning phone in an off, no joy. help please !!

The site does not 'forget' your password. Either you enter your username & password correctly or you don't.
I forgot my password and the site remembered it ! LOL
