i don't know about you guys, but when i've looked at parts from YearOne or Classic Industries or P&G Industries, especially interior parts, i could not determine if the price they were listing was for just one of the items or for a pair - like in bucket seat seat covers.

i sent an email to YearOne over this question because i'm ready to buy a new interior for one of the 69 Cuda's i'm currently restoring. the following is the email i received from a rep of YearOne who basically said, if an item is normally for two of something, the price listed on the website is for two items. naturally, there are probably exceptions. however, at least for bucket seat covers, sun visors, and interior trim panels, the price on their site pays for two of these items.

Hello

Door panels come as a pair, front bucket seat covers are a pair, the rear side panels would be a pair. Sunvisors are a pair

Thanks

Gees!

Wait until November and buy "All" your pieces from Legendary directly!

They always do a sale at that time.

Do yourself a favor and buy your foam from PG Classics "and order now" unless they are deluxe seats!

This is the only post from me on this subject!

Who's "Year None"? Are they that overpriced outfit that doesnt mfg a single thing(other than a shitty attitude).
I agree with above Legendary direct.

If you get on Legendary's e-mailing list, they'll send sale announcements. The best is usually November, but they had a 20% off sale a couple weeks ago.

@jimharvard also another good source for all things interior is @RPM440+6. He's a member here and a stand up guy. Helped me out a lot and I am going to be buying from him again later this year. He is a dealer for all things interior from several vendors and offers good pricing and great service.

Ya Year None is right I waited 8 months for a set of exhaust tips that were backordered good thing I wasnt in a hurry

I tried to buy 1 bucket seat cover for my Dart and found 2 only. My fat *** is tough on 1 seat only lol

Legendary has cornered the market on good seat covers
And they act like it.
(But I'm not complaining)

Agree! They make great products and when I called them, I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful, however, their website is awful !! Very hard to navigate!

Agree, Year One is a "middle man". They started out looking legit but after a while they started showing their true colors. I ordered something once, probably back in late 90s early 2000s, and it was backordered. they didn't call or send notice, weeks went by i called them, they couldn't tell me when I would get my parts. That's when I figured out they were middle men and started going elsewhere for parts.

Legendary will possibly be offering a Memorial Day promotion. The only problem is like most of the manufacturers, they are behind on turning out product due to Covid restrictions and the shortage of many materials. If your expecting to find product with a delivery date within four to six weeks, very doubtful that it will happen.

These promotion sales for some vendors can be misleading, so just make sure that your aware of the pricing. Also, I know that people like the convenience of placing one order, but by purchasing from a variety of vendors will possibly give you the best bang for your buck on pricing and the quality of the product. A number of vendors are now discounting certain items based on if it is an in house product or outsourced, so an across the board 30% discount is getting difficult to find.

thanks to all on the information on Legendary products. i don't think i've dealt with them yet, but i will now based upon the above comments.
