I think 68 was the first year for 4 dr. 300s. Before that, they were 2dr. cars only. The "Letter Cars" as they were called. 300B, 300C, D etc. up to 300L. I also believe that the 61 & 70s were "H" cars, 1970 of course being the Hurst 300.

66 had 4dr hard top and sedan in 300 series, 67 and 68 4dr hard top

The first year for a 300 4 door and also a non letter was 1962. Also the ONLY year for 300H was 1962. The 1970 is called a 300 Hurst, or just Hurst.

im in the 300 club, when you go to a meet and the conversations start, you will be politely corrected and get the terms right early on. This is the 300 club page on the cars and the names and logos. Those are the emblems that are on the cars.

IF it runs and drives 8 to 10 grand. You have to find a buyer that likes those huge land yachts.
Us C body owners are cheap bastards, and our cars don't command the prices like A, B and E bodies get.

If the interior isn't toast, and the body is solid, I'd say 6k, maybe 7. I can sell my 67 Dart shell for more than I can my running driving Polara.

A 68 300 4 door isn’t a big dollar car. The 10 grand number seems very optimistic. But it needs to be looked over. It looks good in the one photo. If the interior is mint like you say the rest of it could be in good shape.
