RARE 1965 VW TRUCK BACHELOR CAB :eek:

What has happened to the google image search?

It used to be real good.

The last dozen images I've searched for have come up with nothing except a generic description like "girl", or "antique car".

I still think that pic is staged and black and whited.

When was the rule for outside mounted kill switches?

...and those tires sure don't look like 1968 to me.

You are absolutely correct, theres a camera on the building just above the 62 dart, also the power lines in the background are modern, they didn't have power line insulators like that in 68! Never was aluminum rear end covers like the 62 has in 68, it has the carrier strengthening bolts, modern piece!

What do I win, Johnny?

(how about the x removed)

Good eye on the camera and the insulators.

I also wondered about the diff cover.

You just didn't see a lot of rear end narrowing even up to the early 1980's.

...and certainly not on a street driven car.

After reading some posts here a while back about zero turns I finally got one.

That slant six roadster gets around.

I've seen it personally in FL twice.
