From Chevy parts??!.... no, thats bad juju lol.

I didn't look to see which forum it was and thought you were going to build a 1:1 scale ramp truck. But I'll watch this one! If I could just find the Scale Auto magazine that had the ramp truck plans out of plasti-struct or what ever that display was called.

I tried modeling when I was a kid. All my other friends in grammar school did it. I never had the long suffering. I've sailed many a model across the room. I always had temper problems until I almost killed somebody in high school. That's when I finally woke up and turned it off. It was hard to do too.

I prefer the real thing.....and no offense to what you're doing. It's very cool and you're truly gifted. I just know if I get into it and like it that's one more thing to spend money on, and I don't need that. lol

Pretty cool i must say.
I did some modeling in my youth. Going way into detailing, white lettering on tires, making plug wires and whatever i could detail.
I had done a late 70’s blazer and body/chassis were sitting drying seperately. My brother picked up the chassis, underside all painted and set it on the roof.also freshly painted. Screwed up a perfect paint job. Straight in the trash and i never touched another model. 45 years ago. Now im mad at him again!
