Buying stock in weed?

-
Yes, it's a bit expensive but I don't know if the price includes tax. If not how could anyone afford it?
Washington, Blaine is the only town I checked out, was cheap, cheap, cheap!!! So cheap the black market doesn't stand a chance. I wish it wasn't half a continent away.

Okay pot has been legal in Oregon for a couple years now the same for Washington state to compare it to opioids is uneducated fear, no one od's from smoking pot. And if you drink alcohol it's pretty hypocritical point of view nobody smokes pot and goes home and slaps there wife around or becomes a belligerent a******or gets pregnant at a way too young of age because somebody convinced her to drink some beers. The list goes on and on if you're honest with yourself. As far as investment it was somewhat lucrative in Oregon for a minute now the market's flooded high quality pot is ridiculously cheap. if you're doing it for investment purposes find somewhere where it's illegal LOL and it's heyday you could literally grow gold the prices were about the same pr ounce. Kids should not smoke it and it should not be available to them !! as far as adults go that's their choice.
here we go comparing weed to booz . Like I said earlier come on over and I show you the ashes of my son and grandson who started with weed . they used to have fights over it . BTW, since Masshole legalized weed you can still get better crap on the street than a store and cheaper too .

Feds will lose $$ over this. Lmao. Cant even get dope right.
It was only legalized to get votes. It worked.

Sorry, I don't buy the gate way drug theory. If that were the case 65 % of the teens in the 60's would have been eradicated. I think some people have an addictive, or daring personality and need to see whats around the corner. If you lose someone close to an OD than you may disagree, that's understood, but we are all made up differently. I lost a friend back in the day, but I remember he liked going a little further with most things, and sometimes bad things happen to good souls. I see benefits on the medical side to the drug for many. Recreational use for adults, why not. You'll pay a premium with all the tax on it but if it's your thing knock yourself out. I wouldn't put a penny in stocks with the feds f#@$ing things up.

If you believe in the gateway drug theory booze and cigarettes probably came before weed.
In all honesty it's not the drug, it's the person who chooses to use it.
One thing about drugs on the street-you don't know what is in them.

I feel for anyone who has had tragedy around any kind of drug abuse! but realistically we could probably all name 10 people that have died to alcohol-related incidents, I lost one last weekend my nephew and his Young Bride killed on on a Harley after drinking no other vehicle was involved and he had been riding for over 10 years just poor judgment. So talking about the dangers of marijuana when you have a society slaughtering each other on the highways and prisons full of people who made horrible choices while intoxicated on alcohol well it's not really even comparable.

This is the most profitable investment. Despite all the instability of the stock, you will still remain in the black. Cannabis is needed by most of the population, and therefore it will be constantly bought. For example, my entire entourage constantly buys various cannabis seeds at a bargain price and grows them at home. Only they don't sell it, as it requires a special permit and, in principle, a lot of fuss with the documents. But at the same time, they spend quite a lot of money on cannabis. So consider that you have secured a prosperous old age.

Funny how people keep saying thinks like "If you think weed is addictive, you are uneducated".... Really? If you think people can't get addicted to weed, you're the one who isn't educated and have probably only read the anecdotal evidence to support your desire to get high or give CBD to your dog.

If you want to become educated, talk to the people that deal with this stuff daily. Go to the psych ward at a hospital and ask about the effects. it's estimated that anywhere from 6 to 10 percent of users form a physical dependency... i.e. an addiction. When a forming brain, those less than roughly 25 years of age, is exposed to massive amount of THC, it inhibits the development of the pre-frontal cortex.

Here is an article that discusses it. The research talks about 16 and under, but the fact is the brain doesn't stop developing until much later.
Starting Age of Marijuana Use May Have Long-Term Effects on Brain Development - Center for BrainHealth

As far as it being a gateway drug, I think that's a "somewhat" unfair distinction because people can and do get addicted to many things. Personality plays a big part, but if you are doing it while young, then you cognitive abilities and reasoning are impared sometimes for life.

When you talk to the folks in the psych ward, ask them how many people have been diagnosed with a permanent psychosis... you'll be shocked and should be if the answer is more than 1. it happens.

if you think it's like drinking and out of your system quickly, again, educate yourself. THC is metabolized slowly and stored in fat cells. The only way to speed that up is heavy exertion. if you're a "casual" user, on average, it's in your system for 3 to 6 weeks depending on your activity level once you stop. A heavy user can have it in his/her system up to 120 days in some cases. That's an extreme case, but it does happen.

The pot today can be 27 to 30 times more potent than what the hippies at Woodstock had. This stuff is no joke and kids are getting access to it all the time.

Now, if you have read this far, awesome, because I want to make it clear, I believe there is a place for it, but not yet. It's finally becoming something serious science and studies are getting behind with both good and bad results. I'm convinced for every natural ailment, there is a natural treatment on this planet. Just makes sense to me. What bothers me is the cavalier attitude towards it all and the careless attitudes about it.

Finally, look into what they pot heads call "wax". It's a product of passing liquid butane over pot and extracting a substance that looks like ear wax. This can contain 75 to 90 percent of the THC in a concentrated form that is burned an inhaled.

This post isn't to spark debate, it's to raise some awareness and maybe prompt some of you to do some more research and maybe learn something. I have done mine, I won't debate anyone on this. Do your own research and make you're own decision but don't for a second believe it's harmless.

I find those that are against pot could probably benefit from it the most. Some uptight Mother fu*kers.

I've reduced all my positions to 25%.
I hold Canopy, Aphria, Cronos, Hexo, and Cannabix for pot stks.
I'm playing with house money now, so nothin to lose.
Cannabix is a pot breathalyzer, just got it's patent, and should run for a while .
I'm also in AAPL, AMZN, QS, DOCU, TDOC, ZM, CWH, THO, amongst others, - all pretty much house money ..

HEY DONALD ! ! ! - the stock market is still going up, as it has for the last decade ! !.
DESPITE YOU ! ! !

Ohhh boy I see you voted for idiot boy.

No regrets on opinion or vote, and doubled my money on a few of those stocks since that post, - and thousands $$$$ ahead on mosta the rest.
Sleep really, really well at nite, - no orange nightmares !

Wholly crap you’re a freaking Canadian. Lmao

I recall when the Reagan war on drugs started. I was in the USAF at the time and heard about some sailors that forgot to remove the tampions from the main guns of a battleship during target practice. Well they all died and guess what drug they found in the bloodstream? Never mix business with pleasure.

You have obviously never been to an NCO club during "lunch" hours.

Are you referring to the USS Iowa?

The Navy runs on alcohol. Always has. Served with too many drunk *** wife-beating dirtbags who could make it to retirement and collect disability but when some 20yr old star performer popped for miniscule amounts of MJ was sent packing.
