Rear fenderwell yes. Front fenderwell probably not.
I’m running 15x8 with a 265/50 on the rear and 15x7 with a 225/60 for the front - everything stock, BUT I have a Barracuda that seems to have a bit more room in the fenderwells.
Of course you could run lower aspect tires if you can find them in 15’s, however 70 Dart fender wells were designed for 14x5 wheels so 15x8 is a stretch.
OK @72bluNblu bring it!:D

This is a 67 Dart with a 66 B body 8 3/4" axle....Wheel Vintiques 15 x 8 Rallyes, 6" back spacing.

Wow! Did I read that right? 6” backspace? Good lord that’s deep! What tire sizes are you running?

This was 15 years ago but the tires were a 255-60-15.
I used those wheels on this car too:

I suppose those rims have a 4" bolt-circle, and are for the stock rearend.?
I'm pretty sure yes you can bolt those on. But
I'm also pretty sure there will not be any sidewall room for the 245s that are the right size for those rims. Well, you might get them in there, but you might not be able to drive in a circle.
But cheer up, you can install spacers that come in .25" thicknesses. You just gotta make sure you have enough wheelstud left to hold the daymn nuts on.

I once had a pair of 15 x 8 ralleys made for a customer , with a 5 1/4 backspace so he could use a 15 x 7 ralley trim ring and make it look right. He had the room inside to make it work.

Hmmm I had a 15 x 8 ralley , custom made 4 5/8 backspace , with a G-60-15 , on the back of a stock 8 3/4 rear , 68 Valiant. On the back of my 70 Duster , these same wheels and tires almost hit the springs. One side of my Duster is different than the other by a good 1/8 of an inch.

I have a 70 Dart, 8 3/4 rear and I was running 15x7 with 4.25 backspace 255/60/15 and it fit. Switched to 15x8 on a 4.5 backspace and could only fit 235/60/15
