hi all, im restoring my Duster grill, there is some confusion on my part concerning the type of argent paint... i have both argents from totally auto (chas) dark and light... which one is correct for my grill...thanks Rich
 
Light non textured argent for 1970....dark textured argent for 1971...

dark argent is for 1971 (rally center caps) light for the grills

ok guys thanks for the replies.. to re-cap.. light argent for the grill and in 71 dark argent for the center caps... thats what i was thinking too, my confusion is that the 70-71 grills that ive seen,including the one i want to paint seem to be a combination of light and dark argent, what i mean by that is that light argent would be too light and dark will be too dark, it kinda looks like light argent with a hint of dark argent lightly misted over it, i hope im making sense, like i said ive seen this many times. i restored a 70 grill awhile ago and used light argent from totally auto and its beautiful but looks real light, maybe thats the way its supposed to look. All sharks tooth grillz were light Argent silver besides the Twister had a color coded
 
im a simple guy...; 71 duster standard grill.. colors and textures please
 
Dark argent textured on perimeter and black in center
