Like they stopped the flu?
You are very correct.
The once a year regular flue shot has been very effective through out the decades they have been given them to the general public. Has saved countles lives and suffering.
Thanks

You missed the point. They haven't stopped anything. "Thanks"

No I did not miss your point NimRod.
I am glad you did not miss mine.
I started this thread back in January. If you dont agree with it that's fine, just keep your dim witted thoughts to your self and go **** up some other thread.

Bwahaha.. you crack me up....

I had coronavirus at thanksgiving and still can’t hear right. Of course I had trouble hearing the thanksgiving before that too.

What???

Got both shots and still wear an N95 mask. Waiting on the Delta booster. Haven't got anything yet, even the flu.

As a point of observation, without anything to support it.
I don't know if it's related to, or if they have or have not received a shot.
Perhaps someone else may also have observed this. I see a larger percentage of people being able to somehow function with their head up their *** .

Well that’s good to know. Which brand did u get? Ki
I dont know which brand Ray got.
Me and the little Misses got Pfizer back in January - no side effects other than a sore arm for a day.
Stay safe, this crap is gett'n alot worse here in MO.

DANG! Me and my wife are scheduled to go spend a week at a resort near Branson. We are to fly into Springfield on Friday, August 6.
I just checked the Missouri state website and it looks like an outbreak right where we will be. It looks like we will have to change our plans.
Thanks for the heads up.

Moderna and Pfizer are both good. I was one of the unfortunate ones with more severe side effects, but all is well. I also, have first hand knowledge of someone getting the Delta variant 1 month after being fully vaccinated. Very mild symptoms. Prayers for all members.

Wife and I never got rid of the masks, and we got our shots in February. We have two granddaughters under 6 and we couldn't be around them for a long time and that was painful. Just wish people would wake the f@#k up and cut this stupid ****. We could have been done with this by now, or been in much better shape.

I was working in a hospital when I got vaccinated by Pfizer in January. Just minor discomfort.

Problem I have with shut downs, masks, social distancing, etc is I still remember... just give your country 15 days to "slow the spread".

Our family has not been vaccinated and we have continued our weekly dinners all through last year and this year. I have seen my parents, siblings and nieces and nephews. Mom and Dad would not allow anyone to tell them they couldn't see their kids or grandkids, I respected their wishes

Moderna-
February
1st shot = Sore arm
2nd shot = sore arm / felt real crappy the next two days.

Got an antibody test last week to check my response.
Fail - I built up zero antibodies to covid due to the anti-rejection immuno-suppression medication I have to take.
My Doctor can write a script for a 3rd (booster) shot but even though it's a legal script no one will fill it because the "CDC" has not "approved" a third shot for 'anyone'.

I didn't want the shot
I took the shot to try to save my life
I took the shot because it is the right thing to do for the family, community and our country.

I have 'deniers' in my family (adult kids) and told them 'stay the **** away unless you get the shot'.
So ... now we are divided.
Thanks to the kung-flu factory in chinna and our ever wise .gov handling of this intended population control release.

This 'attack' makes Pearl Harbor and 9-11 look like kids play.

Moderna.
I stayed away from Phizer since they also make Viagra and was concerned about cross contamination.
And side effects of stiffness in the groin area.
I don't need that kind of help.:poke:
I got the wrong one then, stiffness never hurts imo

It’s here to stay, diseases don’t go away

The Pfizer shot usually has zero side effects. Moderna is known to have more side effects.
That’s what I got (moderna) never felt a thing getting the shot or after. I was expecting some huge needle thing and asked ‘was that it’?

Problem with people not getting vaccinated is that the virus will mutate faster with less vaxed peeps... maybe into a Superbug ! That's how viruses work . And if that happens they will close down my hockey rink AGAIN and I dont want that ! Im getting fat without ice .
