Looking to replace the lower ball joints on my 1969 barracuda. It has the 4 piston caliper set up. Looking for help on part#s.. possibly Moog and where I might be able to purchase them.. Thanks in advance!!

Those aren't difficult to buy.
Any local parts store to you can order them up.
Or.
Any internet vendor that deals in Mopar parts.
Rock Auto, Summit, Jegs.
Just about anybody.

@4spdragtop , I referenced him because his the most recent discussion on this subject. From what I read, The difference is threaded bolt holes or clear holes. The lower bolt joints with threaded holes can be drilled to clear holes. 9/16 drill maybe? No difference in the castings.
Hope this helps

Yes, 1965-72 DISC BRAKE lower ball joints are drilled for 9/16" inch mounting bolts, to the spindle.
Drum Brake ball joints use 1/2 " bolts.
That's the difference in ball joints for those years.

None of the early spindles/ball joints are threaded, just different size holes.

I went with Mevotech, new and I think around $80 each. I'll dig for the part #'s.
They were disc brake ball joints. I figured for less than $200 I got new and application specific. ALTHO I had to run a 9/16 drill bit in the holes, they were ever so slightly undersized.

I went with Moog when I did mine a couple years ago, so far no issues. I know it was 2 years ago, but back then, I think they were about $60 each on Rock Auto.
