Sitting here recouping, been having old guy plumbing issues. Had the TURP done today,Doc said everything went well. A little sore at the moment.
Going back in remove screws, and clean up.

Good Morning All! Ray may you be on the mend soon! We had some wind and storm centers opened for us but other counties so no OT for me which is fine by me. Lots of backreading to do lol!
I've been waiting on a spindle for my lawn tractor, overdue then when it gets here, wrong one. Ordered on Amazon using the re-order button, first one they sent fit, this one was different by a long ways. Like they just threw whatever they had in the box, doesn't even match the pic or dimensions of their own ad. Amazon gave me a full refund and doesn't want the part back.

Orders immediately refunded without explanation
Order cancelation after weeks even though it showed as shipped
Strange days
One ebay seller refunded me because ebay changed their shipping rules so he would have had to have charged me more....

Crap news on my failed plumbing attempt, what I broke is not available as a part, must buy the whole fixture and of course it isn't cheap. Would consider changing it but wife likes and it's a dual sink bathroom.... Up side is I'll have spare parts lol!
I usually do, funny retired and still get up 5-5:30. Raining here off and on for the next two days so gonna have to find something to do inside. There is plenty. Guys building the retaining wall said they'll be working unless there is lighting or it's just plain pouring for extended periods.Opportunity to get an early jump on the day
We'd been using the spare room shower since we moved in three weeks ago. I'd been painting in our bathroom and finishing up some work when I had time. Anyway went to use the shower and it had some safety hot water lever. Lady we bought the house from had some physical and mental disabilities. The high end of hot was lukewarm at best. I pulled up U-tube and was able to easily adjust the control. Thinking of eventually changing it but not now. I'm to the point after nearly five months of NOT creating anymore work than what I have.

I agree with your strategy! Even with a new house there's still the occasional "have to fix". We did find a couple of things in the beginning that the builder sent repair people out for under warranty. I've never heard of that type fixture and yeah, I'd eventually change that out : ) Eventually.
Same here Frank. Hasn't hardly rained in two months and then I'm trying to build a wall and it rains for two days...ugh!!
That's the forecast here for the next 8 months too, lol! Oh, and I almost forgot, darkness. 11 days till daylight savings ends lol!
