Stop in for a cup of coffee

Me and my boy going to Dad's. Not sure who else will be there.

I wonder what the OSHA rules are for that?
Probably similar to guys that work on industrial batteries. A while back one told me they got blood test every 6 months. Might be more often now. I used to change cells and solder cables back on too. Not sure how that would get in blood? Drill shavings? Vapor when melting? Never got tested.
Good Morning

My friend does lead he gets it first shot. Interesting to watch for sure.
My grandfather could always do lead and solder really well. When he helped me wire my solar car back in 8th grade , you couldn’t tell his solder points apart from the factory machine ones at all. Which is very good when you’re pushing the boundaries of the rule book haha

Technically, lead body fillers or any lead solder of more than a certain percent, rules state you have to have a filtered positive air system for breathing, and be fully dressed in a sealed suit.

At least according to the little booklet that came with the positive air breathing set up i bought last year. Which works really really really well.

Of course OSHA probably wants you to wear that for any kind of filler work. Lol

I recognize everyday just how old I have become. And I don't like it

I hit a good workout this morning. I feel so much better when I do that. Missed a day this weekend doing yard work and cleaning gutters at my daughter's. Hot Epsom salt bath helps recovery.

Going to do a blood workup on hormones and enzyme levels and see what I can do to boost performance.

I need to get back to the gym. I've done nothing the last six-seven months, but house stuff, moving, remodel, yard work, etc... Cooler weather it's time to hit it.
A friend of mine a couple years older gets a monthly shot of something for a boost. He swears by it.

Yup... the saying is "Keep having Birthdays, just stop getting old"

It's worth the investment of time.

I think the NWS must have had a kickass party yesterday afternoon  Every "current conditions" I looked at was time stamped 2pm with the weather of that particular time and area . It's 70° and sunny

Everyone I know that has one (I used to) all are getting the MPG, it was the emissions that they fudged. Not as clean as they let on, did special emissions calibrations for the tests.
Ah that's right. I new they fudged something. Oops, EPA doesn't like that stuff.

It's funny when you think about it. Engineers looked at the regulatory requirements and test conditions.... and they designed around those. If you think about it, it's genius. I think the regulators were just embarrassed and pissed on the exploited loophole...

Old school NASCAR....If you ain't cheatin' you ain't tryin' :D
