Got my new batteries in my Car trailer, for the winch. Seems simple, but the new batteries had the post switched from the old, and the cables were the wrong length... Always something. Going to get new Ignition and Dist. installed today.

I hope you find that sweet spot. Really took years for me to find "old, worn out guy" friendly exercise programs. They really aren't out there so you have to figure it out on your own. My combination of the HIIT machine and Pilates is pretty low impact on my rebuilt should, repaired back and "modified" ankle. So far so good  feel better, toning up a bit and energy levels are up.

I deal with leg cramps as well. Magnesium before bed helps me a lot. Sucks to get launched out of bed because your shin and calf muscles seem to want to fracture your tib/fib
I use two 20lb dumbells five lifts, 30 reps each lift, 10 seconds between each lift for four sets. After that a few sets of pushups and crunches or some other ab exercise then stretch. I've seperated my right shoulder three times (no surgery) and had four hernia operations. Not counting the other ailments, I just don't go heavy anymore.

If I tried to grammar police everyone on this forum, id lose my mind
