I have a 67 Dart and it came with these wheel covers when purchased new in 67. When I bought it it had long since been swapped with Mopar rally wheels. I have searched and searched and can NOT find what the factory caps that came on my car with the red streak tires. I'd like to find a set as I love the factory look. Can anybody help me? I can't even get a good read of the build sheet that I have a copy of. I appreciate any guidance in advance.

Thanks y'all!

Not a great image but this would have been the stock cover. I really like the simulated Mag cover. Plus if you keep a cover you can run a big bolt pattern wheel and no one knows. For whatever that means.

I like both of those, but prefer whatever is original to my car....even if I don't like it as much. I have a set of the covers in the top pic. I haven't found a set of the simulated mags yet. One of the "perks" of having a rare car I guess. Thank you for sharing.

I have an extra set of the mag type. Not perfect but might be affordable!
Years ago I had a 67 GTS Convert and never finished it.
Wish I would have, that was a sweet combination.

On your build sheet right infront of prop shaft is wheel covers code 24.

My 67 dart is also code 24 and has the stock wheel covers (1 family car, dad bought new and yes I'm showing off my 2 pristine build sheets)

eBay has many that come available from time to time.

You will find them in verious shape.
Look for good Stainless steel, the argent and black can be repainted. The cap is removable and many times corroded where it meets the cover.

I ended up buying 16 covers to get 4 great sets of parts to make 4 great covers.

You can find them for as little as 10.00 each to 30 to 40 each plus shipping.

But it still has to be 14" wheel:(
So were the “584” style available in 69,, I thought it was just poverty caps and the simulated mag wheel ,,, but my darts original owner said it had the 584 style ????

Don't know, check the sales literature for that year.

So THOSE are what I am looking for!! This is exactly what I was looking for!! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, the gentleman I bought my car from found and removed the build sheet. He made copies of it and put the original in a book to protect it. He has never found that book or the build sheet again. I have heard some cars have two. I can only hope another is hidden somewhere.

Again...thank you for this clarification! I ordered a repop window sticker from Brad at TripleA and by his decode, it states a 581 deluxe wheel cover. I had no idea what that was. Now I may actually get a decent night's sleep!

If the window sticker was made from data from Chrysler it might be accurate, BUT the build sheet SHOULD have the correct codes on it. So as far as I can see you have a photo copy of a real document or a reproduced document from data that may or may not be accurate.

This is the info from my 1967 window sticker

I would keep contacting the PO and see if you can get the real docs, maybe even go for a friendly visit and help look for it.

Unfortunately he lives on the other side of the country. Otherwise, I'd have already been there! Hahaha!

You know...
I've been thinking. Why is there not a book that has all the Dart/Barracuda options (accompanied with photos) available? A book that has build sheet/fender tag options and a section of photos that accompany each option so folks know EXACTLY what their car should or did have and what to look for should they choose. Has anyone ever taken this on? If so, I have never found said book. Just throwing ideas out there. So many people asking about correct wheel covers, wheel types, etc.....figured it would have been done by now.
