These just showed up at the door. They look better in person than they do in pictures.
Very nice stuff if they grind half as good as they look.

You can find this guy of Facebook at killer carbide burrs.

From left to right....deep bowl work, venturi/near seat work, roof to guide shaping. For the iron factory crap I use lefty there and round/broaden the runner corners 'dead air in tight cormers' and get between the wall and guide-big flow gains
You could use them for your choice of course..that's just where I'd use them...and I like dbl cut versions but do use those too, the 1/2 head diameter is great for between the guide/wall as said.

Don’t know I I can get some video of them working but I’ll see if the wife will do it. If not, I’ll take some pictures for sure.

Joe Mondello designed and developed lots of burrs over the years (and valve seat cutters too). He had and loved one that you could reach into the port and shape the short turn. I’m just the opposite as I like to flip the head over and work the shortside from the valve side with the short turn facing me. He was the expert and I’m a shade tree head porter but there’s always more than one way to get to the finish line.

I`d put them to work before a 5 star review.

That’s why I’m going to use them tomorrow and report back. I’m cheating though because I know some guys who have used these and they swear by them. That’s why I took a chance. Porting intake manifolds requires removing a lot of materiel. I’m tired of standing behind the grinder so these should shorten grinding time and increase my profit. That’s a win win.

Flatter angle than a standard single cut. I wonder how they will do?... I avoid the standard single cut. They like to throw a fine chip that is more like tiny needles. They do work well but those littles needles get everywhere and are hard to blow out of clothing.

If you guys are ever looking for something to wear when porting Tractors Supply sells a real nice jumpsuit. It really helps having something to jump into doing you don’t drag the mess everywhere.

Mondello used to have classes on porting and head work. I always wanted to take his class but never found the time,

Cute. That's your new pup, I better come meet it before it get territorial, lol.
Like your other dogs that don't accept me

Nope. My wife had to meet a client last Sunday about 2.5 hours away so I drove her. We pull up the driveway and the first thing I see is a big, fenced in pen with a chicken coop. And then 7 little puppies come running around the coop. They were outside, in the cold, nasty weather. It pissed me off. They aren’t running a puppy mill, but IMHO the conditions were horrible. In fact, the litter was born 11/16/2021 and we took her home 01/16/2022.

I wanted to bring all 7 home, but I didn’t have 1400 cash on me. Plus we got her for 150 instead of 200. Somehow, she got out of the pen. Over the fence, through the fence...under...I don’t know. But she got out and was just full of it. I could have written a check for all of them but I have as of late pulled my head out of my rear and learned I lie to myself when it comes to stuff like this. I would have got them all here, got them their shots and all that and then they’d never leave. I couldn’t let them go.

So I sucked it up and just took her. I can’t save them all. But I saved one.

I put one of my dogs down 08/14/2021 and I told the wife NO MORE DOGS. But, this happened.

I’m just dumb I guess but animal abuse comes right after child and women abuse. So she will have a good life. We are thinking about going back for one more, but if I go up there I ain’t leaving without whoever is left.

Thank God they are that far away or I’d have already gone there.
