Accessory mounting issues on new intake

Hey guys. Ran into another issue while moving accessories and brackets from my LA with Performer onto my Magnum with Assault and looking for ideas. I am mounting my factory AC onto the intake and the bracket winds up directly over the outlet for the heater line. On my LA the heater line is on the other side of the thermostat. I could notch out the AC bracket but then there is the throttle return bracket that winds up right above it also. I guess I could modify that as well. There is a coolant plug on the new manifold same place as the LA and there is plenty of room but the diameter is much smaller. Would be great if I could use brass fittings and step out to the heater hose diameter which is 1/2". Not sure if this even matters for a heater hose. Hopefully the pictures show what I am describing.
Please.....no comments on my intake choice. Water under the bridge. Thanks.

I ran into this with my A/C bracket on my car. I made a mark similar to your white paint mark and had that area removed on a mill at a machine shop. It all fits perfectly now.

Thanks. Couple more questions for you. What did you use for the throttle return sprig bracket.
I am also having an issue mounting the throttle/ kickdown bracket hitting the magnum bolt bosses. Seems low for the carb as well. What are you using there? Pics if you have them would be a big help.

Thanks Professor. That is sweet and I actually have a couple I could modify. Unfortunately I am using an LA style manifold with different mounting hole locations. I did put my current throttle bracket in the vice an also shimmed it up off the manifold.
Not sure how the height will be just yet. Will see. I need to go through the "how to" articles to see what else I missed.

Mine doesn’t have the magnum bosses. I just bought all of the factory 4 bbl throttle/kickdown brackets and the factory return spring bracket.

Thanks. That helps alot. What AC unit are you using? I don't see the AC bracket.
Originally I was using the factory ‘73 RV2 bracket. Same as the one in your pic. I have since gone to later model compressor and brackets from a Diplomat. I’ll try to snag pics of the one I had machined in the morn. It’s laying with the compressor and brackets I took off for the conversion.
