You keep avoiding the fact that your package is right there at your local post office.

The fact that they have not delivered it to you is a question you need to ask them.
 
usps is slow but this is the seventh day since its hit the is soil . and they can't deliver it , its because of your end not mine .

I bought taillight and back up lenses for my 65 Barracuda from Mexican Spec, and the US Customs folks layed an F'ing on me. Mine was AT my local post office, and Customs made the USPS send it back to Mexico. I called my post office in Candler, NC and the Postmaster told me what was going on. Hopefully, they have not done yours the same way. It was addressed correctly, and Mexican Spec kept me updated every move it made along the way. What happened with mine was not the sellers fault, and I hope Customs hasn't screwed you over as well. Call your post office first thing in the morning with the tracking number listed above to see what the deal is. I finally got mine, and couldn't be happier with them. Good luck to you.
 
usps has contacted me and are looking in on the issue . but if this has happened prior to my purchase , them mexican spec should make us purchasers aware of this issue and not just leave it to chance . and if he plans on selling more he needs to contact the is u s customs and get it straightened out . so we the buyers aren't subjected to these type of issues . glad you got yours .

Will you please tell me how I would know the USPS would do what they have done?

The package was out of delivery which means it was in the hands of your local mail man.

I don't know what happened from there because they did not update the tracking.

If you went to your local post office they can hand you the package or tell you where it is.

I have done all I can from where I am.

Also, I filed a lost package claim with them with your contact information which is why they contacted you.

Have you gone down to your local post office to inquire about the package?

A lot of times when it says "Awaiting Delivery Scan" the package has been delivered.

This happened with another buyer at the same time and they have their package in hand.

It has been 13 days with no update to the tracking so I am not sure what they are doing at this point.

I do know the package is not on the way back because it has not been registered in the Mexican Postal Service system as having had movement.
 
i'll tell you how , the address and or zip code are wrong . thats on your end ! get it right and info the members that this has happen with your deals already . oh jdmopar, neither of those are mine , if any it would be a meridian ave office , but thats not the reason for none delivery it seems that the address and or the zip is wrong . so its not do to anything that i've done . i gave the correct address and zip code to hum on the order , but i guess thats my fault , lol .
 
mex , you did just as you should have , but usps never called me do to the wrong contact info from you , and the address was your doing as well . i've bought many parts on this site and your was and still is the worst one of all . i gave you all the info right ? but you failed to pass it on and make sure it was correct for shipping to me .

Sorry….just looked up phone numbers to try and help you. That was the 2 that showed up on the zip code, so maybe it’s old info. Hope it gets resolved soon, for both of your sakes!

I used the name and address Paypal gave me which what I am required to do.

You never gave me a phone number so I didn't have that to pass on to the USPS.

When you get the package please send me a private message with the information.

I typed it out myself so I know it is correct, just as it was listed with Paypal.

I never had a phone number for him or any body else I ship packages to.

I don't see how I would provide a phone number I didn't have.

Edit, I do see he posted his phone numbers on the first private message to me but as a general rule I do not include peoples personal phone number on packages. Most people don't want their phone number advertised like that.

For the record I checked number for number and letter for letter the address the package was sent to was the exact information I had from the Paypal account.

I am not sure what the post office is saying about a wrong address.
 
well uts just another f...n mex deal . i see that none of you got boned over something you've ordered . he had all my info and so far he has not presented me with what address the company he get them from sent them to . rrr guess what , lol .

I did show you the address on the private message and it is exactly what you listed with Paypal.

You need to go down to the post office and inquire as to where the package is. They are the only people that have your answers.
 
i'm not going to do anything like that , made a request through pp for the return of my funds , do to the items ordered have not arrived . if their lost in the mail , then your end did something wrong .

I am sure you won't even though it is the right thing to do.

All of you other board members you need to pay attention to this.

Even though the package has arrived and is there at his local post office, he has filed a claim against me to get his money back from Paypal. That is about as dishonest as you can get.

Does a seller have the responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the buyers door? The package is at the buyers local post office but he refuses to go get it. Does the buyer have any responsibility to retrieve the package once it has arrived?

Has the USPS ever done this to you by stating the delivery information was not updated? I have seen this message for when the package is at the office but they have also used it after the package was delivered.
 
here for all to read , i pm's him on may 12 2022 and posted my correct phone numbers , later that same day i pm'd him with my correct shipping info . payment via pp may 13 2022 and he claims its my fault the parts never arrive . now he wants me to go to the usps offices here in san jose , calif and try to find the shipment that they can't deliver . so the package can't be delivered do to some reason , and i've replied to the usps inquiry on this shipment . with no response from the usps . so the package can't be found apparently . looks like i don't get what i ordered , so i've put in a claim with pp about not receiving the items paid for through pp . thats why i use pp , and i'm now dishonest because of this action . if you don't get what you paid for , than this is the course you take . so in that train of thought , he's wanting to keep the funds for not getting me the parts i paid for and ordered shipped to my address . who's the dishonest one here ?

The part that is dishonest is you asking for a refund without lifting a finger to get the package when the package is right there at your local post office.

For all I know it was already delivered, I don't know which is why I won't give a refund.

Once I know what happened to the package then I can make a decision.
