Breakfast! What do you like?

The best breakfast food is oatmeal. Cereal with a low sugar content. Wheat toast. Eggs, breakfast meats other than pork. Real butter and no sugar jelly. American's consumer way to much greasy food.

The owner is from mid town Manhattan. He has successfully brought mid town Manhattan pizza to Florida & nailed it here. Every last detail is an exacting taste, consistency, size and look. ENJOY!
 
We all eat unhealthy including myself. Foods that we should avoid are, pork,catfish, lobster,shrimp,crab, just to name a few. Most of the seafood that people eat are scavengers and should not be eaten by humans. You can look on the internet for the list of clean and unclean foods. If people followed this, again including myself there would be less folks with heart, digestive problems and obesity.

This might be true, but they are on the unclean foods and that's good enough for me. They are a scavenger and clean up the ocean floor.

For some, some foods are OK while the same food for another is bad. Be careful of blanket statements as there very easy to dismantle and prove wrong.

While “bottom feeders” are not the healthiest I can also make the same claim for many that walk or fly. The above is not 100% true and can be picked apart.

Stating Pork is bad for you is a blanket statement and untrue. Doing such shows those that know, that you know nothing.

Please don’t preach things you are not in the profession of. Do so stick to the thread topic of what you like to east for breakfast. Or is that to hard for you?

I love shrimp, lobster and crab, delicious! I eat a fair amount of pork, good lean meat with a lot of protein.

Well as far as the foods that I mentioned are not a opinion of mine but rather what it says in the Bible, NOT pushing my beliefs on anybody.

Unfortunately there is nothing healthy on that breakfast sandwich.
I see all kinds of nutrients in that sandwich.

All this talk about breakfast made me hungry .... now it's time for big lunch.

Gotta go with Oatmeal for a consistent go to...... Past that, I am a sucker for a good Sausage,egg, and cheese Sandwich.

And some fresh Cantaloupe or Pineapple.....

Cholesterol city. I'm a heart patient, so I have a good understanding of what is bad for folks to eat. IF we have fries we bake them. Any doctor will tell you that fried foods are not good to eat on a regular basis
Heart issues here as well. Been on the table for the heart.
Fried foods are a No-No every time.
 
I just came back from a week long trip to see my parents. Mom turned 80 & with pop, both celebrating there 60th wedding anniversary they surprised me by renewing there vows.

One of the few thing’s about moving to Florida is the inability to grab a good bagel. (A good deli for Hero’s/Hogies/Sandwiches on a KAISER ROLL & Pizza, not to mention a good take out food, (the Chinese food here completely sucks ***) is also on that list.) While on Long Island, I grabbed a dozen to make myself and family a little happy.

For us that eat breakfast…… my son made himself a Ham, Bacon, egg and cheddar on a toasted salted bagel.

I just had a buttered cinnamon French toast flavored bagel and coffee. (Caw-Fe- LOL!)

Glad you got to visit your parents. That's awesome that they celebrated their 60th anniversary. That's good that they surprised you by renewing their vows, how cool is that. Congratulations to your parents.
 
There's nothing better than biscuits and gravy with a couple of eggs over medium on top, heavily dosed with hot sauce. If not biscuits and gravy, feel free to substitute corned beef hash instead.

Chicken fried steak added to the biscuits and gravy is heaven on earth. I don't eat like this often, but it's the best thing to start your day off with a bang!
 
frosted rice krispies and a coors light in glass bottle is what my brother has but i like scrambled eggs, sausage links, wheat toast, 6 cups of coffee. no potatoes of any kind.
 
Venison backstrap, raw fried taters and egg not scrambled.

i remember being on vacation with a few families from church and one of the other guys was up before me making breakfast

i sat there watching him make gravy and recognized the recipe...and it is the EXACT same recipe i use
what are the odd two guys would both make gravy the same way?

(the second recipe that comes up on google)
