Sad day, had to put down my best friend Daisy of 16 years.

So sorry for your loss, you gave her a great life, cherish all the fond memories of her.
It never gets any easier, they are such a wonderful part of our lives, the only creatures that give truly unconditional love.

May she rest in peace.
 
You know your loss wil be hard, very hard. But look at what a loss your life would have suffered, if you had never had the company of this beloved dog.
 
I know exactly how you feel right now. Nothing worse.
Just had to put our Bella down. Still sick over it.
Think about all the good times. Going to take time.

Think of all the good times and love you shared with her to help get over the grief of putting her down...
 
Losing critters always sucks, sorry to hear this.

We have a local blues legend in the PNW named Curtis Salgado. He hit the nail on the head here, with the best thought I've ever run across regarding the mutts we all love.

 
Thanks for the kind words everyone, I was truly blessed with her she never had any health issues which is amazing, I was lucky enough to have her with me at my shop every day since she was 7 weeks old. The hard part is going to have to explain to my many customers that loved her why she isn’t with me at the shop

@Ron816 maybe you could put up a poster with a picture and a memorial message. I can only image how challenging being constantly reminded by unknowing customers will be. I honestly don't know how I could do it.
