Stop in for a cup of coffee

By the way John....Good Morning. AND I saw your post about knee replacement has been a blessing for you. I have a couple friends that say the same. But I am running into many who it hasn't been so. I think it is a crap shoot. Right now I am able to function with moderate pain. I just slow down. Nothing is a given and for me things never go as they should. Run hard brother.
For me the driver to do the replacement was lack of sleep and duct taping the knee to get thru the day. The pain was severe enough to make me hurl in a garbage can on occasion. Duct tape was better than any brace I found, but it ruined several pairs of britches. Only you know when the pain is enough to force you to throw the dice and elect to go for it. Everyone is different. I too have heard a lot of stories from folks that did not have a good experience. My personal opinion (not based on facts) most were a bit heavy/smokers and not enthused about the PT afterwards. I cannot stress to you enough about how critical it is to push during those first couple of weeks after the surgery. If you wait it is too late. The first few weeks are critical. Given I have had both knees and shoulders replaced I think I have a pretty good point of reference! I got me lots of titanium! When they burn my butt maybe my kids can sell the molten mess or make some metal art out of it!

It's Thunderbird Thursday!

Good morning :D

Believe me I have been there. Intense pain that you can't sleep and sickness. I battled through that. I got the Synvysk shot 2 times now and that has kept the majority of the pain away.

Good morning everyone. Super foggy and cold here. Went shining deer with friends last night around the farm fields near the house. Maybe a 5 mile radius around the house. Saw 96. We were out for about an hour
