Thanks to whoever started this thread. I thought hubby and I were the only crazies that take photo after photo of engine compartments at car shows, then come home and put them on our PC as the slide show screensaver. We like them almost as much as photos of the children. ;-)

Here's the '69 340 that we rebuilt (.30 over) for my '72 Dart. You should hear how sweet she sounds! I had her out cruising around today and a guy with a Z06 Corvette followed us a couple blocks to catch us at a stop light just to share how much he missed his '72 Demon.

To 340sFastback - Wow! Awesome garages...if you'd like to adopt some children, my husband and I are available. We come with an almost done 340 Dart, a '71 340 engine, a couple of 318s and a 383, plus some 727 transmissions. :)

Heres mine...Just painted it Chrysler Cool Vanilla. Getting ready to drop in a nicely painted 360/727. All the steering componets, crossmember and suspension pieces were powdercoated black. Also, in the process of bolting on big bolt patter disc brakes, aftermarket master cylinder. Sanded the brake lines untill there shiney too.

I'm wondering how to clean up the wiper motor so it looks new...Any Ideas??

It will have to be sent out to make it look correct. They were plated when new.

I've since done a little research...AdamR is right to do one correct you'd have to mail one out, Correct is to expensive "$300" afterall I'm not building a concourse just a nice driver. I think a nice painted up driver quality won't cost that much...just a little elbow grease

Thanks adam

Jim
