Im planning on buying wider wheels for my Duster, the ones in the back are just 245. Im thinking of 295 and a Panhard bar on the axle!

The thing is that i have been looking around for tires that are 295 for 14" wheels , but they seem to be scarse as dont find any! :)

So then i guess i have to go with 15" wheels, does someone have this setup on their car with ralley wheels or any other wheel type ? Would very much appriciate pics of the setup and what kind of tires you run with!
By the way , were ralley wheels offered in 15" with the small bolt circle?

Thank you! :)

I had 15 " rallyes on the back of my 73 Duster. They were 15x 8". The back
spacing was 4 1/2" fit with no problems. I also had 255/60-15's on them.
Still have the rims in the garage if interested. Don't know about 15" on the
front. I had 14's up there. Now have Weld dragstars on it. Any questions
just email me at moparsrus@charter.net. Good luck. Brian aka Green Duster.

I have the small bolt pattern on my '68 Barracuda, presently have Centerline Convos; 15x4 in front, 15x10 in back. Centerline makes another style with small bolt pattern also.
You can get 15x8 and 15x7 rallye wheels at Summitt, by Wheels Vintiques. I have M/T Streets 28x12.5x15 on the rear, you can see pics in the photo garage under cudachaser. Has not been tubbed, just relocated leaf springs. Peace

Thx for the tips!

I´ll look into it some more :D

Cudachaser, how much work is there to relocate leafsprings ?

I have 14x8.5 Ralleyes on the back of my Demon with L60x14 (275/60) M/T tires. M/T used to have an equivelent 295/50 also, but not any more. The L60 is basically the same width, but about 1" taller. 3.5" BS and stock spring location. :)

I had someone else do it for me, he said it's a piece of cake. You can get everything you need in a relocation kit for an a body from many Mopar supply places. I shop at www.summitracing.com alot
I also took my exhaust out the side, not only do I like the way this looks; My tires fit perfectly, safely, and with no room to spare. Peace

From the factory, I'm pretty sure the answer is no. The factory 15" Ralley wheels were 5x4.5" pattern. However, here in the US there are several places that can rework a factory 14" wheel and make it into a 15", as well as change the width and offset. Check out Stockton Wheel.

1967 Barracuda, Im running 15x8's with a 4.250 backspace on the rear with P255/60/15 BF Goodrich radial T/A's . On the front 15x7's with a 4.125 backspace and a p215/60/15. Here is a pic on the rear.....

another pic....same setup on front but with a p235/60/15 It just won't cut it!!! Had to downsize back to the P215/60/15 to make some turns!

I was able to get 15 275/60's on the rear of my Dart.I had Stockton Wheel make me up a set of 7 inch RallyesX 15, with the small bolt pattern. Compared to after market wheels, they were very competitive. I also installed 1/2 inch studs at the same time. I can't remember the exact back spacing, but it was the same as a cop rim. I think 295's might look a little to tall on a Duster.

These are 15 x 7 ralley's on the back of my boys Dart with a 4-1/4 back spacing. It has 14 ralley's on the front. Ron

They are 245/60-15's. They fit with a little room to spare. Could probably go one size larger. Ron

hello chrippa there is room for my H50-14 mickey thompsons and i think they where suposed to bee equal to 295/50-14 i have measured them but i cant rememer the exact with but i do know they are over 11" wide that is section with just cant remember how much ovet 11" it is but my wheelweels are full know there is no space at all left they are 26"tall and i wouldnt try fitting a taller tire this wide into the rearwheelwells unless i hade some rearsprings that was originalheight or taller my springs are garanteed to be over 20years old so they are sagging but i can anly feel my tires hitting when i find big holes in the road, on nice and flatt roads there is absolutely no problems at all

Does anyone know if 215/70/14 's will fit the front of a 67 Barracuda without rubbing?
Thanks,
Sean

my 215/60r15's are too close in the front. I am running a 15x6 with 3 1/16 BS. I don;t have my wheel well trim on yet either. How much room will the trim take up?? 1/4 "?

I have 215/60-15's on the front of my '67 and they rub when turning in reverse. Going forward I haven't had a problem, just backing up and turning at the same time...

I have 15x8 with 4.5" back space but have Moser axles and 11" drums so they get pushed out some if not they would hit the springs.
I have 15x7's up front with 215/60/15's they make the car look mean

I have 215/60 on 15x7 wheels with 4.25" of back space on the front and 255/60 on 15x8 wheels with 4.5" of back space on the rear. I tried 225/60's on the front and they touched the front edge of the wheel wel when the tire was turned in.
