I am looking to buy a 74 Duster,it needs a full floor pan, Does anyone sell the full one piece pan or do you have to buy pieces

The entire floor from front firewall to rear clip?

No. The best I have seen is just the feet sections.

yea i have only ever found the sections and trust me i needed them too. but i found a better base car to work with now. but i have only ever seen the parts unless you cut one out of a donor car.

There all preety close on prices. Shipping can be the balance tiper depending on who the ship with.

Year One for example use's the very expensive UPS

Nice! Like I described? Firewall to rear clip?

AMD's is in 3 pieces and over $500+ shipping.
Check in parts for sale here, I believe member Crackedback has a very nice factory full pan for sale at half that price.

Guys: From my experience after cutting out an entire floor i cut it in half long ways for ease of installation, then use seam sealer. That would be a ***** to get a whole one in the cockpit.

I've got one and it's less expensive than anything you can get at AMD. AMD parts will cost you close to $600 and it's not complete. Interesting on the new full pan. Be fun fitting that with no guides. I wonder if the drains are in the right spot and has all of them.

$250 plus shipping from CA. I can split it down the middle to ease shipping cost via Greyhound or FedEx, or can send it whole, but will be expensive. If you know someone going to Spring Fling or MATS I can likely get it to either place, cheap like $30.

You can get them in whole. I get them out that way.

Sorry Jimacuda I just got my new AMD catalog and they do sell a 1 piece complete floor pan for A Bodys!
Floor pan OE style Part# 400-1267 $429.95
This pan goes from the bottom of the firewall up to bottom of the rear seat and from rocker to rocker.

If you down load their catalog you'll see the a-body floors. I don't know if they are shipping yet or not:

That one crackedback has is nice. No substitute for good original metal.

I heard they aren't available for a few more months.

I also agree there is absolutely no substitute for factory metal. The chinese stuff has some pretty rotten metallurgy. It's not anywhere near as tough as the old goat pieces. I ALWAYS choose original panels vs. aftermarket stamping when available.

Plus, mine has a bunch of guide holes for alignment already... :-D

If you can find solid OEM sheetmetal that was correctly removed, I would go with that vs the repop pieces (especially, if it were half the cost).

There is a thread somewhere in the resto section...you could buy a full pan from AMD when they come out. Or else you could buy half pans from Auto Body Specialties(not out yet, I'm on a list of people who they will call when they do though). Either way it is about time that they start producing this.

You are correct Jim, I was going by their "online parts list".

I'd still prefer original panels when available.

Its the fit of the original metal that is appealing to me. Can't beat original for fit.
