Performance 318, 904 column auto, 67,000 mile car. 340 crank, 360 J 2.02 valves. Built to run, and it does well. 8.75 3:23 gears w/sure grip. This is a new car. Stripped to bare metal. Every nut and bolt. If there is such thing as a frame off on a unibody, this is it. #s matching. New rubber on rallys. Pics to follow. 1500 miles on this build. Great show and go. Been advertising local in chevy country for $16000 in the window. Serious, ask questions, I'm in West Plains, Mo 65775. Possible delivery. I'll give you guys first dibs on it. Two build sheets and fender tag and good Missouri title. Did i mention i would entertain serious offers?

Beutiful car! I wish I could talk my wife in to it. She is set on getting a new Charger R/T. I would rather have yours though.
 
May I add a totaly rust free car, absolutely gone through from top to bottom with a fine tooth comb and no rust.
 
That is a PAINFULLY pretty car!

<sigh> Out of my range though.:angry7: I am sure its worth every penny.

It sure sounds and looks great , But that did not sound or move like a 318.
I remember walking out of the hotel and your brother jumped in it to go after
cigarettes and other thing for the girls that morning.

I hope it finds a good home. You know you will be kicking your self next year:-D

Yeah, but if it was rotisseried and all? All completely redone?

I am lookin gat $5k-6k cars that are rust buckets....../6 cars.....or old beat 318s......

I dunno...I guess its a matter of where you are. Seems like this price wouldnt be far off for a completelty redone car.

Well, 318 or not it will run with a stock 340 with no problems, hardly a stock 318. This car Was rotisserried and everything striped with new everything and repainted. You can't build this car how it is done now for 16k and it was a 65k mile car when he started so it is better than it was from the factory by far. I simply can't afford this car or it would be in my garage right now, my mopar is in the works. It is one of the finest dusters I have ever seen and anybody that has seen it will agree.
 
Like i said. You better have your 340 tuned up if you're coming to play with this 318. It is #'s matching except for the 8.75 Suregrip 3.23. I looked on Ebay and there is one that compares but i think mine is better but they want $22000. Did i say offers? Thanks for the great comments guys. Come and drive it. Those last pics were in St Louis at MMW so to say the least it is road worthy. When i can't get away Vic drives this car to shows as we all know they do need exercised. The number on the side of the block says "318".
 
the money is in the clean. agreed orig 340 car of same cond is more valuable, but i havent seen any 340 cars selling for 26,000 lately. i cant believe anybody is using ebay for any kind of reference. it either sells early, price not disclosed, doesnt sell, or your buddy buys it and no transaction ever takes place. great car.
 
Ya know, that has got to be the most awesome duster I've ever seen. I used to own one the same year. Back then I didn't really like them all that much. But mine was not nearly as nice as that. Good luck with the sale. I wish I had the money for it.

I have always...ALWAYS felt that eBay was just a nice way medium to advertise. I have never sold anting of great value there, but did sell after the fact.
