k thanks I was was thinking about doing that for a demon hood and figured it wouldn't be hard but I am always looking for new ways to do things.
 
anybody have the hemi dart scoops on darts or scamps?? I love the pics keep them coming thanks a lot fellas

Yeah, it's a Vortech V-1, S-trim blower making 10 pounds of boost through a 750 Holley double-pumper. Minimal engine mods; almost stock 360 Magnum short block (Hughes cam), almost stock heads (bowl ported, nothing else), the chassis dyno shows 445 rear wheel HP and 470 pounds-feet of torque.

Runs high 11's at 118-mph in a 3,600 pound (with my ample *** in it) '72 Valiant 4-door with a 3.55 Sure Grip.

Just an old man havin' fun with a street toy... nothing more.:toothy4:

Where did you get that six-pack scoop? Or, is it a fiberglass hood?

By the way, I love that color. What is it?

Jerry, it is a AAR bolt on hood, I did have some fitting troubles, and it was really wavy. The color is Lamborghini orange pearl, a tri coat, thanks for the compliment. Ed
 
anybody have the hemi dart scoops? if so how did you install the outside flange ones on a stock hood?
 
My personal preference would be the AAR six pack fibreglass either bolt on or lift off. I believe it would go well with my '68 red Dart GT. Hood and scoop in black. I don't have it yet but......
 
GOT MINE !! ferrari modena style or kinda looks like the hemi underglass !!!

kinda what i,m leaning towards. 66 coronet with a lift off 6 pack or hemi scoop hood. who,s scoop is that spaz?
 
There are some beautiful cars in ths thread. Can anyone recommend a good website or company to order the Hemi Scoop hood for a '71 duster??
